I've been working out for 16 years and I must admit that I'm easily bored of workouts based on repeats.. your workouts are exactly what I'm looking for now..No repeats, exact, effective, sweaty.. Hi Sami! Thank you for this workout! I loved that you talked through the workout - it's a lot more motivating than just following a video with music! Also loved that it is a full 30 minute workout so that we don't have to keep combining different videos to make up a full workout. This was so convenient. Perhaps a 15 second rest after every 10 mins haha! Loved it!

This is a great and varied workout, thank you so much! The sound level of your voice fluctuated a lot and though and was pretty jarring when the your face gets close to the mic, I wonder if using something like a shotgun mic would be better so your voice is even throughout?
