    Pls, 🙏🙏tell how to get about "home" on a belly( if I can't do abs exercises right), bc it may causes hyperlordosis, I don't wanna get it 🤷

    Never done one of these workouts before but I throughly enjoyed that! Pretty leg injury friendly as this is the first exercise i have been able to do since getting a bad ankle strain 4 weeks ago. 🤍
