They also put so much in their video’s and fair enough maybe they were not effective for you but they dint deserve to be teared down just to uplift another hard working woman 💕

I love both Sami's + Sannes workouts and Pamela's the most on youtube. I go for Pamela if I want to go more HIIT style with no breaks, but I do these for when I want to focus much more on form, tension and mobility. Love it!!!
Just did this workout for the first time and whew! kept my heart rate up from the cardio workout i did before this one. great job, definitely saving this one to my workout playlist!
@@expensivegirl2156 I mean it just strengthens them. Unless you did this every single day for like 6 months, then it's not going to give you any bulk or lean legs. That's just how it is.

First time when I did this workout I had legs soreness for 4 days 😅😅😅 But now I'm doing this for 3th time and it's easier for sure! 😅 Very good and quite hard exercises so I'm glad that I found your channel! 💖💕😊
