    Load powerpunches with your back and shoulders. And train for 6 to 12 rounds 360 mixed power punches per round. With 120 bpm music. At the end of the training session, so it's gonna sting till the day after tomorrow 😅

      Most people don't have tempo and simply leave the arms hanging out in mid air until they're unable to get the tension in their muscles to relax leaving them useless
