Hello! Im completely new to kickboxing. Which of these kicks are legal in sparing/fight? And do you have a video how to do stretch and warm up to achieving these? Thanks 👍
Hab da keine Ahnung. Also der Side kick,Front Kick, Back kick und round(house) kick ergeben auf der Strasse Sinn wenn Oberschenkel,Rippen als Angriffsfläche. Den Rest fürs Gesicht erledigen doch die Fäuste oder ? Als Verteidigung auf der Strasse.
Sorry not to sugar coat, but I don’t recommend to self learn, you can deform the moves, you can injure yourself. Sorry guys but that is reality .. these videos it’s only a guide and ideas .. you need a real master

Kann es sein das der Axe Kick und der Crescent Kick in der Realität nicht so effektiv sind ? Oder ziemlich riskant für einen selbst sind weil die Genitalien frei sind ?
@markomarenk328 it does, but its pretty difficult to pull off safely. I've gotten it a couple times in sparring, but I don't think I've seen somebody do it in a fight other than like, one time
@RED CHUCKS Depends some MMA fighter forget throw a roundhouse appropriately in fight. Then end up, snapping there legs in too.. Also I seen noobs refuse getting lessons how to throw a proper roundhouse from the Kru. end up breaking their toes or foot.
Y friend horrorshow. What muay thai style are you talking? I did muay kao with kru dave. I did the muay thai round kick, the push kick. The side kick is a teep, also the back kick is in mt. This is just to name the kicks
Those kicks spell trouble for anyone on the receiving in.

That spinning jump back kick is my favorite. Very difficult technique to pull off but it was executed nicely. Cool video👍🏾

The spinning roundhouse looks just about the same as a spinning hook kick.
Twist kick .360 ax kick . Fake spinning hook to tornado. Scorpion.

What is the difference between roundhouse and round kick? Sorry I'm a beginner martial artist who is trying to learn by myself :)
