Guided Mindful Meditation Practice | Easy Meditation For Beginners

  • This is a video I recently posted from IGTV (Instagram) of a 15-minute meditation with the intention of relaxing your body + calming your mind through techniques such as body scan and breath awareness. This is a great beginner style meditation that will allow you to get a sense of what it's like to sit still and observe your experience. Know that the mind will wander, and that's okay. Focus on your breath and allow yourself to simply be.

    this is so good, thank you so much! your yoga tutorials and meditation have helped me tremendously in coping with eating disorder and anxiety. and i really love that your yoga tutorials do not specify with titles like "weight loss" etc which can be quite triggering. In fact, your yoga tutorials made me accept and love my body as it is, in the present moment. Thank you, thank you!!

    i love both your yoga practices & these meditations - this one and the meditation for compassion are so calming and help me tremendously, these are seriously my favorite guided meditations i've found. i would love to see other ones in the future, thank you
