Guided Mindful Meditation Practice | Easy Meditation For Beginners

- This is a video I recently posted from IGTV (Instagram) of a 15-minute meditation with the intention of relaxing your body + calming your mind through techniques such as body scan and breath awareness. This is a great beginner style meditation that will allow you to get a sense of what it's like to sit still and observe your experience. Know that the mind will wander, and that's okay. Focus on your breath and allow yourself to simply be.
