    this is so good, thank you so much! your yoga tutorials and meditation have helped me tremendously in coping with eating disorder and anxiety. and i really love that your yoga tutorials do not specify with titles like "weight loss" etc which can be quite triggering. In fact, your yoga tutorials made me accept and love my body as it is, in the present moment. Thank you, thank you!!

    i love both your yoga practices & these meditations - this one and the meditation for compassion are so calming and help me tremendously, these are seriously my favorite guided meditations i've found. i would love to see other ones in the future, thank you

    This is such valuable content! I’ve been doing meditation for months now, and it has helped me immensely in dealing with my anxiety. Along with yoga, I used Planet Ayurveda's Brahmi and Calm Easy capsules, which made a huge difference. My cousin also saw improvement in her stress levels with their supplements!
