Its so true😢 i am alone, i moved to a new country and lost all my friends (i got kicked from a PlayStation party out of nowhere and ... idk they just left me..) and here i have no friends and i struggle socializing, its dark and i see no light. I work on myself in these times, i workout alot, and study to get top grades. But at the end of the day when i go to bed or take a shower i just break down, i cry myself to sleep knowing that tomorrow wil be the same. Im hanging in there but idk if its worth it. Im lost.

I know how it feels, I have anxiety in general and sometimes it is hard to sleep. Anxiety has a tendancy to get your mind wrapped up in stress and makes it hard to relax. Just let go and try to relax. Put yourself first, you deserve it!

Stress and depression is really powerful when you worry too much about it. I'm thankful I've got a very supportive partner all through out. We're currently fighting for our lives with our 3 kids as of the moment. In all aspects. Be strong as a couple, treat them fairly and love each other utmost. I believe after few years I'll be going back to this comment and make this as a mark in life that I've once overcome depression.

Its so true😢 i am alone, i moved to a new country and lost all my friends (i got kicked from a PlayStation party out of nowhere and ... idk they just left me..) and here i have no friends and i struggle socializing, its dark and i see no light.
I work on myself in these times, i workout alot, and study to get top grades.
But at the end of the day when i go to bed or take a shower i just break down, i cry myself to sleep knowing that tomorrow wil be the same. Im hanging in there but idk if its worth it.

I know how it feels, I have anxiety in general and sometimes it is hard to sleep. Anxiety has a tendancy to get your mind wrapped up in stress and makes it hard to relax. Just let go and try to relax. Put yourself first, you deserve it!

No matter who you believe in no matter what you believe in, pray! Get out there and there's too much to explore in the world. Stress and depression is really powerful when you worry too much about it. I'm thankful I've got a very supportive partner all through out. We're currently fighting for our lives with our 3 kids as of the moment. In all aspects. Be strong as a couple, treat them fairly and love each other utmost. I believe after few years I'll be going back to this comment and make this as a mark in life that I've once overcome depression.

Try not to worry. Sleepless nights is one thing you get good at. For years I couldn't sleep properly on and off. With working 14 hour days with 1 or 2 hours sleep. You have got this. Good luck and remember stop worrying, life is an adventure good bad or ugly. You've just got to roll with it,

The comment section made me break down to tears knowing that I have been stress lately and having panic attacks at night due to my anxiety. This made me feel better.
I been there it will get better it's taken months for me look within and try to find peace change you life I had to my panic is much less.
