I have been listening to Jason’s I Am sleep affirmations for at least 10 months now. Every night and often during the day. I can honestly say they have saved my life in a very difficult time. I can not express enough gratitude for his selfless service.
Can you check my affirmations? The thing is i have to use 'I am', because it's an affirmation. And i have to give powerful messages to myself. My only concern is grammatical sentences, if they are correct and in present tense. First and foremost there is a confusion between using 'Super' or 'More' in my affirmations list. The thing is i have to give a command to my subconscious mind that i aready have it. it's already there in order to trick the mind. Otherwise the mind will say no you don't. I hope you understand, so pleace check my affirmations below and correct them. Thanks! The best part about listening to these affirmations when I feel down is...I do realize I am blessed and I say yes...these good things do happen and are true... This bad time will pass...and it does... I hope you all feel better and uplifted long after listening to this recording.

Iv been listening to sleep hypnosis, story's and frequencys ect for a few years but I recently done one of your 14 days of reprogramming your mind and I swear I noticed a difference after a week. My anxiety lessened, depression an I started getting into a little routine plus I felt more interconnectedness than ever plus I started meditating more. It worked I can't thank you enough. I'm back for round 2 as I'm starting to dwindle a bit .. All I can say is iv done it all but never bothered with affirmations. If anyone has bothered to read this far, I can tell you this helps. Listen to these every night fir a couple weeks AND YOU WILL FEEL A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BEING. Thank you so much Jason your work is amazing,also one if your lucid videos wooo. I might be late on commenting on this video and maybe nobody will see this comment, but I come here every morning and afternoon because of my depression. This calming music helped me a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me through my tough times. (Sorry about my grammar...)
This might not be required...but couldnt help but share ..... meditating in the sun(just 5-10 min in morning ) and yoga helps a lot in overcoming depression. Pls ignore if this was unnecessary.

This is exactly what is happening to me for the 4th time ,and last night I had a dream where I finally let go my father that died when I was 3 years old 😢it’s been 40 years since this happened and didn’t know how much this was part of my trauma!. I deeply thank you 🙏

Wow…I’m blown away by this. I was dreaming but could clearly hear Jason both in the background and see him in my dream. Obviously it wasn’t Jason but the was someone in my dream who kept saying these affirmations and I also started affirming in my dream. I don’t know how to really explain this but it was different.
I also was led to this video as it played after something else. I have been regularly returning to it for a long time, I’m grateful ! However, to me one of the most precious things about this meditation was the fact it helped me fall asleep. Suddenly today an add appeared in the middle of it and woke me up.. I thought there was a way of choosing where those ads go? Of course I don’t mind watching several ads at the beginning of the video, but in the middle of a sleep meditation it really spoiled the experience. I really hope it was an accident and that I don’t have to stop returning here
Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.
It's hard to let go of someone you love; I went through a similar experience when my 12-year relationship ended. I tried everything to get him back, and eventually I had to turn to a spiritual counselor for assistance.

This is exactly what is happening to me for the 4th time ,and last night I had a dream where I finally let go my father that died when I was 3 years old 😢it’s been 40 years since this happened and didn’t know how much this was part of my trauma!. I deeply thank you 🙏
I will be able to take care of families, mine and more. My dreams are here. Also my new truck I’m just thanking God that it’s going to be mine and nice and it’s going to allow me to grow and do a lot more present myself better and I will see y’all on the road!

Wow…I’m blown away by this. I was dreaming but could clearly hear Jason both in the background and see him in my dream. Obviously it wasn’t Jason but the was someone in my dream who kept saying these affirmations and I also started affirming in my dream. I don’t know how to really explain this but it was different.
I also was led to this video as it played after something else.
I have been regularly returning to it for a long time, I’m grateful !
However, to me one of the most precious things about this meditation was the fact it helped me fall asleep. Suddenly today an add appeared in the middle of it and woke me up.. I thought there was a way of choosing where those ads go?
Of course I don’t mind watching several ads at the beginning of the video, but in the middle of a sleep meditation it really spoiled the experience. I really hope it was an accident and that I don’t have to stop returning here
Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.
