Gorgeous colors! I think this is the first affirmation video I really like; it is reminiscent of Louise Hay who helped me a lot in the 80s. I used to record my own affirmations which was nice but now I'm in poor health so this is perfect, and you have a lovely peaceful voice! 😊

For those of you who are finding it hard to sleep, this is a reconfigure recording I sometimes play in the background as I'm trying to sleep. I find his voice soothing and reassuring when things around me don't feel that good. Please understand that this all part of the ascension process and it is temporary. , so focus on the prize. This is a great affirmation. However, it is ideal to record it in your own voice and play it back while you sleep. Just make sure to secure your headphones or ear buds so they don't fall out or slip off your head. Enjoy!
