I was not in the mood to do anything today and didn’t because I was in a lot of physical pain as well. However, I decided to meditate to this video because your voice is soothing and I trust you. It definitely calmed my thoughts at bit. Can’t wait for more videos.

I have never experienced something like this before. I’m being sober for 3 days now in probably a month time. I felt I could never experience mindfulness at all, but the moment I started to listen to this video, I felt the awareness running through my mind. And halfway through it, I just burst in tears without any specific reason that came into my conscious arena. Perhaps the very reason why I kept smoking weed back and forth was because I was trying to escape. Today I allowed myself to actually feel what I feel. I’m grateful. I’m so grateful.
For anyone who’s struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, etc, please know that you are your true support.

It's always such a great aesthetical pleasure to watch your videos, to enjoy your looks, to listen to the sound of your sweet mesmerizing voice. It's such a treat and such a blessing! And that was absolutely the case with this video. I've totally felt the therapeutic, healing effect of it while I was watching you and following the sound of your voice. I could feel such a pleasant sensation of relaxation localized at the back of my head, in my shoulders, somewhere in the upper spine... Thanks Dr. Julie for sharing your insights with us! Blessings to you all. The practice of mindfulness is the holistic process of becoming self aware in the current state of your physical, mental and spiritual existence. Our self mastery stems from the knowledge that our minds are very powerful and that it is constantly shaping our realities and the manner in which we engage in the world as we perceive it. Like the masterful captain of a ship at sea, we must navigate our way through the never-ending waves of our own thoughts and feelings, being able to discern those that have been artificially produced and unconsciously suppressed while accessing the inner compass of our greater selves as a guiding North Star. To be mindful is to also engage with intent in order to deliver meaning to our actions, to become one with our true nature to access the divine force so that we may manifest from true inspiration. Being mindful is to be in the here and now, where no past exists and no future need be concerned, the actively conscious form of surrendering. Carry no judgements, ill-will nor machinations of ever-morphing thoughts, as the practice of mindfulness is to reconnect us with those greater aspects of ourselves where kindness and compassion thrives. Wishing everyone in your community a transformative journey . . . ruclips.net/video/SJYaCuFVVJ0/видео.html

I could perceive where this mindfulness activity can become a beneficial daily practice for every individual. I think it helps one focus, prioritize, and assists to provide the moment to leave troublesome, noxious thoughts behind me, where I might eventually discover a sort of surcease and rest for my mental state. I found resting my eyes on the picture hanging immediately above Dr. Julie was helpful as she directed me along in this exercise. It was pretty enjoyable.

Very nice. It’s extra nice that you have a beautiful voice and pace of speaking.

The most impactful thing for me was “if the thought comes up - it’s okay just allow it to go “ (for me in the moment almost feels like I wanted to cling to it but having an outside party whilst in the meditation give me the permission to just let it fade was very helpful. Its also making an impact on my silent meditation as I feel this is a great intro to that

You can't, so don't try. Acceptance is the key. This you CAN do. Then move on. The past is long gone. Live for today. Amour Fati (look it up)

In dire straits in my marriage. I’ve listened to your audiobook and now to this guided meditation in the half hour before my counselling session. Thank you so much for making it available, your kind wise words and gentle approach really do help.

I absolutely loved finding this today. My therapist just gave me an assignment to do this everyday this week. It is like a feeling of newness and release of all the knots in my stomach, even though I am still conscious of the things that are unpleasant to face. Thank you! I love all your help. I love your audiobook, which kept me alert on my long 12 hr. drive. You are such a blessing to me!❤

Just listened this meditation on a train, on my way to a therapy. It opened so much and made me aware of more emotions and feelings I have inside.
    Thank you ❤
