Since, I know that it's beneficial and I have been trying to maintain the consistency 🧿 so I trust that it is already bringing or will surely bring positivity. I just need to trust the process and try to increase the time duration.
Thank you Akshay sir, This Pranayam is very calming. I have been practicing it since 14 days after yoga. After doing it, I feel very calm and balanced. In starting it may be difficult to avaoid the thoughts as they pop up during practice, but gradually thoughts will come down, and at the end you will be in a state of thoughtless mind. Day 1: morning; felt calm and relaxed Evening: Had a shitty day as usual, felt shitty as usual Day2: morning : felt calm and relaxed evening: felt frustrated as usual Day 3: Missed Day 4: morning: feeling relaxed Evening: felt okay ish.. not so good not so bad Day 5 : morning : felt okay Evening: tired a bit after coming from the office but not frustrated. But started getting stressed out a lot later at night. Day 6: Had a mental breakdown
Hope your doing better, I feel ya though doing breath work doesn't necessarily mean your life is always peachy, but it does help me deal when I actually do it, sending love ❤️
Thank you for this wonderful guided Pranayama session. I started practicing it today and really enjoyed the guidance. However, I sometimes experience breathing difficulties. During exhalation, it felt like some air was left in my lungs, as though I couldn’t fully exhale. This made it difficult for me to complete the session. Just focus on the breathing. Follow The air inhalation and exhalation in the form of an Inverted V. Keeps the mind from wavering
