      @@sakshikhanna2696 I cannot exactly pin point the positive changes but I would say there is some calmness. Since, I know that it's beneficial and I have been trying to maintain the consistency 🧿 so I trust that it is already bringing or will surely bring positivity. I just need to trust the process and try to increase the time duration.

    This Pranayam is very calming. I have been practicing it since 14 days after yoga. After doing it, I feel very calm and balanced. In starting it may be difficult to avaoid the thoughts as they pop up during practice, but gradually thoughts will come down, and at the end you will be in a state of thoughtless mind. I observed that throughout the day I feel energetic, and my leziness has come down.

    I have been practicing this wonderful Pranayama with you today and I must say that your voice is incredible calming to my nervous system and the simplicity of the instructions is just right not to feel overwhelmed. During my practice I noticed that my thoughts were trying to take my focus away from the practice,especially during the part of practice at my on pace and gently enough I brought my attention back.

      i am feeling​ kind of some noise in my brain where everything i hear is fast for usual and my brain thinking everything very fast it happens to me everyday for 5-10 min anything similar have you guys seen with anyone?@@satvicyoga

      Just focus on the breathing. Follow The air inhalation and exhalation in the form of an Inverted V. Keeps the mind from wavering

      But I think we can do it anytime when our mind is calm.

      always start and end w left. a cycle of 1.exhalation and 2. inhalation each side. keep going. :)

    I will be doing this every morning and then record how I feel at the start of the day and end of the day.
    Day 1:
    morning; felt calm and relaxed
    Evening: Had a shitty day as usual, felt shitty as usual
    Day2:
    morning : felt calm and relaxed
    evening: felt frustrated as usual
    Day 3: Missed
    Day 4: morning: feeling relaxed
    Evening: felt okay ish.. not so good not so bad
    Day 5 : morning : felt okay
    Evening: tired a bit after coming from the office but not frustrated.
    But started getting stressed out a lot later at night.
    Day 6: Had a mental breakdown

    Thank you for this wonderful guided Pranayama session. I started practicing it today and really enjoyed the guidance. However, I sometimes experience breathing difficulties. During exhalation, it felt like some air was left in my lungs, as though I couldn’t fully exhale. This made it difficult for me to complete the session. I would love to hear your thoughts on this or any advice you might have. Thank you!❤
