the first few times I did this , I didn’t keep up with his pace of breath because I thought it was way too fast . Today I tried it and it completely changed the meditation. Loved it both ways honestly such a great video

It's more like Wim Hof breathing than calm relaxing breathing. Thays why you do it in the morning😉

It wakes up the GI tract lol I'm hungry now. On a more serious note, I love this mindful engagement of consciously moving the chi through the body.

Incredible, simple breath-focused meditation!
Very nice meditation practice! Thanks, Manoj. One suggestion is that under no breath after exhaling, it is not always possible to hold for more than 20 secs (it is definitely more than 20 secs when you talk). It breaks my concentration sometimes so maybe we can keep that to 15 secs.
Thanks for sharing this practice! It challenges you to trust yourself, your lungs and be in the moment! I am getting stronger each time I do this!

I am really grateful for this meditation exercise I sun gaze every morning looking for different ways to incorporate different breathing methods this is perfect I nailed it on the 1st try thanks the knowledge of the book called Science of Breath we all are truly wise for taken time to understand this practice may positive elevated energy spread, contagiously abundantly in the crevices of everyone’s journey peace 😊

I’m sooo glad I read the comments first! Lol I got a little anxious while breathing that fast, and then that cold feeling made me worry that I was getting dizzy, but because I’d read these comments, I knew it was all just part of the practice, and I stuck with it. I really liked this and would love a longer version!

If you’re done, comeback to 1:18, do 2times or more. And this time, hold your breath longer, around 30-60seconds

A bit hard, but doable for me
If you’re having issues with the breath hold on the expiratory phase, you are probabaly not breathing deep and fast enough during the circular breathing portion.
Drive to breathe is regulated by CO2, the circular portion of the exercise helps to reduce the CO2 in the body
this really pulled me out of a bad headspace thank you for this
