There was literally tears in my eyes ..i don't know why .but i totally got immersed in dhyana...... never felt it b4...i m preparing for 10th boards...i realised jst now that 10th boards is not my only purpose of life..i m not confident for the exam but still after so much stress for exam..i felt a deep relaxation ...

This is great! I made a video on what I do to stay present or as grounded in the "present moment" as possible throughout the day. The way I treat it, is that life is your Meditation and whenever you zone out into thought, return your attention to your sense the same way you do when your meditating and return your focus back to the breath. :) Be as in touch with your senses as possible am without mentally labelling them.
I used to meditate before but stopped few years ago this was first after that and this year was so bad in the end I started crying while meditating but I still smile ... letting all things go and let god Handel it
