RUclips ka sabse no 1 gym trainer/coach aap hi ho sir. Meine bohot video dekha. Por aapki jaisa koi nehi hai. Ekdom perfect scientifically & technically 100 % right. Mein to pura ki pura aapki video dekke sikh raha hu. Aur mein 6 month main mera body banaunga. Wada hai mera. Filal to mein apna ghor me hi workout kor raha hu. 1 maine bad gym me admission ho jaunga.
