I've started watching your videos for form and boom... last 2-3 months not a single incident of shoulder tendonitis or knee pain. Your squat video is mind blowingly detailed, every step of it just helped me immensely. True for every video you make. You have no idea I have learnt so many things from you. I've corrected my bench press, Squats, Skull crushers from you, those alone fixed all my shoulder, knee and elbow issues just overnight. Your warm up videos for lower and upper body helped solve a majority of joint soreness issues. I cannot thank you enough for all the knowledge you impart on, share with, touch so many audience. You really are one of the jewels in the industry. No one takes the patience and goes to the depth that you do. Hats off to you. I have to say this is probably my second or third comment on youtube in the last 15 years. So that should tell you how much you influenced to have to come out of the cocoon and post a comment here. No one explains the workout anatomy like you Jeet sir.. I checked at least 20-25 videos for shoulder press but no one explained the mistakes and correct form..thank you for the video

Jeet thank you so much, I started watching ur videos for 2 days only, and I watched more then 11 videos of urs. I think I do mistake in all of exercises during workout. Since the time I started seeing ur videos I stopped and started correcting my exercises. Thank u so so so much. I have been member in all most 5 gym in my area in almost discontinued 5 years. I know the training but with error. Some of the workouts I do correct some of them with error. Though I participated in waight lifting games hahhaha. But I can say, even trainers r not well trained properly. I have seen all of them in gym disco dancing while they life heavy lifts. By the way, thanks for the making videos . Good points brother.I agree with lot of points which you told.Sometimes when military press is close to 50 to 60 kg at that point lot of mistakes set in but gradually i am trying to overcome these .The contraction part was also spot on.Thats the truth

You forgot to say an important thing.... To squeeze your glutes also while tightening the core, before starting a press. Its most important for not hurting lower back.

I love your videos as rather than telling about how to do it, you make it very clear about what not to do. Only concern I have is why have you bend your wrist while doing this exercise, because as per my experience, the wrist should be straight otherwise it may create pressure on wrist, the same thing I observed in Chest press video. Could you please help me out with that?
