      Yes 5-6 days you can train with a plan for both Strength and Muscle hypertrophy.

    Sir, I tried your bicep videos and i was amazed that I had to reduce the weights i was doing initially and now i was able to isolate better and really feel that muscle heat. Loved those vids conc curls, preacher curls, non hammer curls etc.

    Thanx so much for great n right advice after watching this video today. I have done correct form without any difficulty or support. I've done 100kgs also but every time when comes to 60 kgs I need the supporter n with that too i didn't feel the proper contract on muscle.but today without any support with the correct form I have done 80kgs 8reps.tht is awesome.

    2.Posture ( 5 point touch ) with little arch in the back
    3. Neutral shoulder width grip
    4. Retract shoulder 5:10
    5. Path of bar
    6 range of motion
    7 do not lock elbows
    8. Come down slow and up fast

    Hello sir....1st time I hv watched ur maximum videos today nd I hv learnt a lot about zym practice....ur advices and technicss r wonderful....so sir actually I m a new beginner of zym...I want to develop my most choiceable 3parts of body..chest shoulder and bicep nd tricep.....I m 39yrs nd my weight is 75kg....nd by God's grace I m fit...bt however I want to develop my bodies these 3parts...in short time how can I develop my muscles...as ur way....wel it's 2mont running that I hv been a regular excecising...also started to take protien powder.....after work out...so is there any mistakes in my routine..pls advice

    Jeet I have a question for you...if someone is doing repetitions till failure then obviously his arms will tremble a bit but you're saying that your last reps should be like your first reps so in that case what should we do? what is more proper? because I've learnt that the last reps are the reps which counts the most and even Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger has mentioned the same.

    The key in bench press is the elbow angle (25-30°).
    Plus all the other things this guy told. Don't focus where to bring the bar nipple or lower chest middle chest etc .. Focus on the angle your elbow makes.

    Sahi me sir salude.... mera bhi right solder pe pain hota tha bench press lagane se kyunki kabhi rare solder ka exercise me karta hi nahi tha but now from few days mene back soder ka exercise karna start kiya and I found now I can press more in bench press.Thanks now I got my mistakes bcoz bich me naa mujhe bohot tension hota tha ki mera solder pain kab khatam hoga and kab me bencha press mar paunga..
