2. Bar near shin
3. Start from glutes hamstrings not from legs
4. Neck not to be overextended
5. Do barefoot
6. Elbows should not be bend they should be locked
7. Focus on concentric should be fast and in eccentric slow
8. Never bounce the bar while eccentric
9. In evey rep touch the bar to the ground
10. While lifting take a deep breath and while at the top when movement is finished breathe out

This guy is one of the best... this is what fitness is all about..Most of the guys these days talk about taking supplements, pills etc...I fail to understand how can that be fitness where you are eating pill for every damn thing- may be true for people who are competing but for regular (most of the crowd) that is not applicable..... Jeet salal calls for natural body building and has nice physique as well. I think that is what fitness is all about. Eating natural food and eating the food that God has made for us and staying healthy n fit.

Jeet sir, I met with an injury today itself while performing dead lift.. I don't know what went wrong during my exercise.. due to which my chest muscle were stretched so badly while eccentric loading.. It was really very painful.. Can you explain us.. Is there something more that we shouldn't do at all??

mr. Jeet, i m following ur absolute muscle program & seeing good results too but i am experiencing tiredness on Tuesday after doing legs on Monday which is affecting my chest workout, so can. i take rest on Tuesday & continue from Wednesday training the remaining muscle groups?

monu sam Yah its ok if u take 1 day off because u have to give time for the muscles to grow and body to gain. Actually u must take 1 day off aftr 1 whole grup of workouts are done so that u can give rest to ur body nd get ready for the workout and even for ur muscles to grow. Dont always keep them engaged with weight lifting. It is necessary to take good diet nd good rest.

If your form is correct you can deadlift twice your bodyweight without belts.!
