    2:03 my hip position was right.
    Angle at knee is usually 120°.
    2:47 my back position was wrong. Weak glutes. even bar weight seems too much.
    4:50 my foot position was right.
    6:30 i don't jerk. nor do I hit on floor.
    7:50 i don't hyperextend my back.
    9:03 will do barefoot now until larger plates are added.
    9:14 using hip-width.
    9:20 mistakenly hyperextended my neck.
    9:30 push floor with legs.
    9:39 not using 8-9 inch platform.

    Good morning Sir. 2 baar pahle bhi Maine ye question pucha tha but apka reply nhi aaya. Kya Hume ek body part ko per day train karna chahiye ya do body parts ko. Aur agar ek body part ko per day train kr rahe hai to kitni exercise karna sahi hoga, aur agar 2 body parts per day hai to dono body parts ki kitni exercise karna sahi hoga. Aur konse 2 body parts ko sath me karna sahi hota hai?
