    Amazing explanation of the entire exercise Mr. Selal. I have been following all the pointers in the gym . It takes time to keep everything in mind while doing the exercise. But I guess with practice it will become. Muscle memory. Thank you

    RUclips ka sabse no 1 gym trainer/coach aap hi ho sir. Meine bohot video dekha. Por aapki jaisa koi nehi hai. Ekdom perfect scientifically & technically 100 % right. Mein to pura ki pura aapki video dekke sikh raha hu. Aur mein 6 month main mera body banaunga. Wada hai mera. Filal to mein apna ghor me hi workout kor raha hu. 1 maine bad gym me admission ho jaunga.

    sir what should be the angle of arms while doing dumbbells press??? Slightly forward or at 90°?

      Never 90 degree. Slightly forward as per your comfort - 70 to 80 degrees.

    My mistake
    1) not core tight
    2) not supporting the back by 90° nor any support
    3) not focusing negative
    4) not breathing
