    सर आपके समझाने का जो तरीका है वो बहुत शानदार है, आपकी समझाई हुई हर एक बात बहुत अच्छे से समझ में आती है। सर 1 बात में कहना चाहता हु की youtube पर ढेरों fitness chanals हैं बहुत से लोग आपका कंटेंट चुराते हैं आपको copy करते हैं, और जो ऐसा नही भी करते हैं वो आपकी तरह से समझा भी नही पाते हैं, पर चाहे कोई भी आजाये पर आपकी बराबरी नही कर पायेगा, उस level को achive ही नही कर पायेगा जो आपने create किया है। आपका channel youtube का best fitness channel है। ओर आप बेस्ट fitness youtuber हैं। आपने पता नही कितने लोगों के पैसे बचाये हैं। पर्सनल ट्रेनर के। जो लोग इन्हें afford नही कर पाते थे और ज्ञान के अभाव में गलत exercise लगा कर ingury करलेते थे उनके लिए तो आप 1 वरदान 😅की तरह हैं। once again thankyou , धन्यवाद , शुक्रिया सर।।
