I love it so much that I have incorporated your 5 minute seated stretch into my wellness class for my new graduate nurses! I credit you and give them your RUclips link as well… so maybe you will get more followers! Keep doing what you’re doing!

I mute the lame music and play 80's tunes. I know you can't do that without paying royalties. I think your 118k subscribers would double if these didn't seem so impersonal.
