Best 10 mins abs workout, I've had the BEST results. Doing this for 2 months. Day 1: ✅Feels great, I've done tis for way before today. Day 2: ✅ A bit bloated from yesterday but feels great. Day 3: ✅ Better results than yesterday, feels amazing. Day 4: ✅ Skipped in the morning but did it in the afternoon. Day 5: ❌ I skipped bc was too tired Day 6: ❌ Day trip so didn't have time Day 7: ✅ Did before dinner, line abs Day 8: ✅ Cute little lines Day 9: ✅ Was quite tired so skipped like two exercises. Day 10: ✅ Getting through the exercises with little to no rests! Day 11: ✅ Made through everything w no rests, line abs are strong Day 12: ✅ Was lagging a bit, quite tired compared to other days. Day 13: ✅ Did anther workout bc this one was too tiring Day 14: ✅ Wasn't the best results prob thanks to yesterday. Day 15: ✅ Getting better results Day 16: ✅ Was pretty tired today Day 17: ❌ Went for a jog instead Day 18: ✅ Feels so good Day 19: ❌ Day 20: ✅ Did another one Day 21: ✅ So tired but a bit of line abs Day 22: Day 23: Day 24: Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: Day 28: Day 29: Day 30: Day 31:
Doing this everyday for 6 months (updating each week) -week 1 (after the first couple days I was sore but after day 5 I felt completely fine afterword!) can definitely tell a difference already!

Wow her going all the way is so amazing. I’ve been doing this for three days straight. First day I had to take breaks. Second day I took a few less breaks. Today I got all the way up to the planks without a break. Going until I can go straight through! Plus the results are *muah*chefs kiss
