Hey did the pan slide right out from under the truck or did you have to lift the truck up a little. I was going to let the mechanic at TA change it when completing a pm. But he was telling me that he has to take the front bumper off along with the front Skid plate. I just told him never mind just do the pm for now. I will probably just do it myself in my home town. I don't think he never changed one for a volvo truck, thus you know some of those truck stop mechanics don't know anything. Your video helped alot Thx. 👍🏾👌🏾 Its just the time and effort for me
TA and LOVES hiring some kids that are acting top diesel mechanics. Don t waste your time ( I mean money) with them. NO NEED to remove anything extra or to lift the truck . Just take all the bolts connected to the pan , once it s all lose , slide the pan forward few inches, and it s done . ( be careful with the oil level sensor , it s made from plastic- it brakes easy) .
Sorry , i don t remember the part nr. Just stop at any dealer , they not expensive.. may want to make sure that you can remove it . On the other side I had to buy the all knob since I had to cut it .
This is the best video... Wow thank you so much
Thank you for sharing!!
