Hello, very interesting video, this one by far is the best that I have seen and explains everything, in addition to that I like to advise that the oil crankcase ventilator has a big round oil ring on top and if you can try to change this to prevent further problems down the line, 👋👌👍, Toledo heavy truck diagnostics.

I’m about to perform the same task on my Mack. From what I can tell your engine looks the same as my mp8.
    Very clean step by step.

Remove accessory belt. Unbolt AC compressor. Move pipe out of way. Unbolt CCV. Clean mounting surface. Install new gasket in CCV. Reinstall CCV. Done.

Hey question, is that whole assembly supposed to be changed at a certain point? Or if there is a leak you can just fix it by replacing the gasket or o rings?

If you take it apart and clean it then you don’t have to replace it. There is nothing to break inside unless bad quality parts.

I have a Volvo vnl 670 2016 and im having a problem. Poor acceleration when start and rpm stay low. Everytime the truck shift it makes an air release noise. What could it be?

    • @gregorymurdock8551

Sounds like a clamp loose on your turbo hoses or cracked charge aircooler...both of these sounds like whisking sound and will cause loss in power when you accelerate or in a hard pull
