Thank you very much for this tutorial! it's the best tutorial on youtube! Is it the original recipe to marinate the beef with honey?😳 I'm scared to use honey coz it might taste weird...
Thank you so much for the kind words! I think honey is better for health than sugar, so I often use it when cooking. If you don't like adding honey, you can add sugar. Hope this works for you!
@@chungskfood i see. thank you💙
Too much salt
Honey doesn't have an overbearing taste when used as a marinade, but it breaks down and tenderizes the meat. Honey and pineapple juice are amazing in bulgogi marinade.

Can early pregnant women eat this? I am so craving for bibimpap but I am 8 week pregnant .
Although, I am not a professional, many early pregnant women can also eat bibimbap. Please make sure the meat is well-cooked. In the early stages of pregnancy, you might find that your digestion isn't as good as usual, even with foods you crave. So, it might be a good idea to also moderate the amount you eat. Since gochujang can be a bit spicy, I recommend adjusting the amount to your preference. Thank you and take care!!😊🙏
@@chungskfood Thank you so much!!!! ♡♡♡♡
@@DailyDeepFactsx3 Happy cooking😊🌸
I have a concern some people say that you should not consume heated honey so can I skip honey
Yes, I have also heard this as well! Personally, I tend to use honey as I think it’s better to use than sugar. However, this is personal preference and it is totally fine to use sugar as an alternative to honey. Thank you! 😊😊
@@chungskfood thanks for replying I'll definitely try this 😊
@@moon-nu8mx Thank you!😊🌸
Hi. I'm not a fan of radish. Can you recommend an alternative for this?
If you don't like radish, you can just leave it out. The advantage of bibimbap is that you can mix in the ingredients you like and enjoy them together. Thank you for the good question!😊👍

Are yu sure that raddish is cook well.I loke to try these foods.only I knows their names.really love to try Korean foods. Thanks
Thank you so much for wanting to try making Korean foods! The radish used in Bibimbap is not cooked, so it's called Musaengchae (radish salad). Thank you!😊👍

I will be making this for sure. thank you.
Shelf life of left over cooked veggies if stored in fridge?
Great to hear that you'll be making bibimbap! Musaengchae (radish muchim) can be consumed within a week. However, for other foods, I would recommend consuming them within 2-3 days even if stored in the fridge. Thank you for the good question! Happy cooking!😊
😍 Love the fact that not only I learned the simple ingredients of bibimbap, but also a few common side-dishes....
I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed learning about the simple ingredients of bibimbap and a few common side dishes! Thank you so much for your comments!👏👏👍👍😊😊
Ms. Chung, did you have any suggestion or any tips to keep the rest of ingredients for next use,, the rest of ingredients I talk about is, all those blanched and seasoned vegetables,, is it better to keep it in fridge inside a container box? can we reheat it if so? I made unnecesarrily amount of those blanched and seasoned vegetables and the rest of ingredients can feed me for next lunch/dinner ( I made it for breakfast),,
Wow, I am so proud of you! When you have leftover bibimbap ingredients, it's recommended to store them in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days. When you're ready to eat, you can simply place the leftover ingredients on top of warm rice and mix them together. If you prefer, you can also reheat the ingredients slightly before adding them to the rice. Thank you for trying out my recipe and sharing! :)
Thank you so much for this amazing recipe ❤ definitely going to cook this meal! What kind of rice do you use? Love from Berlin!
So glad to hear that you are going to make bibimbap! Koreans usually use short grain rice. I used short grain rice in this video. Thank you so much for the kind words! Happy cooking!😊🥰
Nice video, will try it, but maybe with less honey, because don't like it too sweet...a bit might be ok.
Thank you for watching the video and feedback! I totally understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sweetness levels. You can definitely adjust the amount of honey to your liking. I hope you enjoy making the recipe. Have a nice day!🥰
Love the tutorial ❤ very easy and well explained 👏 earned a new subscriber ❤
I have a question mam can I use chicken instead of beef ?
Thank you so much for the kind words and subscribing to my channel! I've never used chicken for bibimbap, but it seems like it would be delicious even if you use chicken instead of beef. Good luck and happy cooking!😊🤗
@@chungskfood Thank you soo much 💓

when i first tried bibimbap, i really dont liked it. i dont understand whats happening inside my mouth while chewing the ingredients lmao but It was 4 years ago, now im on a diet, i think maybe i'll give it a try once again and include it on my diet meal.
Oh, I see! It can be hard to identify the flavors when you're chewing so many ingredients at once. The great thing about bibimbap is that you can mix in only the ingredients you like. It doesn't have to include everything to be delicious. Thank you for your comment!😊👏👍
Hi Ms. Chung, how to make the red pepper paste. Thanks!!!
In this video, I just used red pepper paste. The ingredients for bibimbap are somewhat seasoned, so it's delicious even if you mix only red pepper paste and sesame oil. If you want to use more delicious red pepper paste sauce, please refer to the link below. The amount of red pepper paste (gochujang) sauce is for 3-4 people, so you can't add it all at once, you can adjust it while mixing. Thank you! ruclips.net/user/shortsRdCNl9OE0tE
Thank you, I just found this, it looks amazing I love it. I can’t wait to make, It’s the best version of this dish I’ve seen, looks healthy too. 😊
Ooh...thank you so much for the kind words! Hope you enjoy this recipe! Happy New Year!!🥰🎉🙏

Thankyou - really want to start eating like the Koreans do, it's all so yummy. Found a Korean grocery store I'm going to visit today - do you have a video about what to buy? I will look
Wow!! It's great to hear that you want to start eating Korean-style. Hope you enjoy~~😍👏👍
Looks so tasty!! Is it possible to freeze the extra marinated vegetables and reheat for another day? It's just me at home and that seems like a lot of uneaten leftovers + extra vegetables in the fridge if I made it. I just don't wanna waste food😔
I see! Most of the ingredients for bibimbap are vegetables, so if you freeze them in the freezer and use them next time, the texture is not good. Instead, I recommend making it by reducing the amount of ingredients. Hope this works for you. Thank you!😊🥰
Wooow bounnno boun apetite

Substitute soya paneer for the meat. I cube mine and freeze it the night before. Then I reheat in a pan with a little oil before adding. The Indian soya paneer already seems to have much less liquid than tofu so it performs well in this recipe like pressed tofu.
