    Thank you very much for this tutorial! it's the best tutorial on youtube! Is it the original recipe to marinate the beef with honey?😳 I'm scared to use honey coz it might taste weird...

      Thank you so much for the kind words! I think honey is better for health than sugar, so I often use it when cooking. If you don't like adding honey, you can add sugar. Hope this works for you!

      Honey doesn't have an overbearing taste when used as a marinade, but it breaks down and tenderizes the meat. Honey and pineapple juice are amazing in bulgogi marinade.

    Can early pregnant women eat this? I am so craving for bibimpap but I am 8 week pregnant .

    • @chungskfood
      @chungskfood  8 месяцев назад +3

      Although, I am not a professional, many early pregnant women can also eat bibimbap. Please make sure the meat is well-cooked. In the early stages of pregnancy, you might find that your digestion isn't as good as usual, even with foods you crave. So, it might be a good idea to also moderate the amount you eat. Since gochujang can be a bit spicy, I recommend adjusting the amount to your preference. Thank you and take care!!😊🙏

    Ms. Chung, did you have any suggestion or any tips to keep the rest of ingredients for next use,, the rest of ingredients I talk about is, all those blanched and seasoned vegetables,, is it better to keep it in fridge inside a container box? can we reheat it if so? I made unnecesarrily amount of those blanched and seasoned vegetables and the rest of ingredients can feed me for next lunch/dinner ( I made it for breakfast),,

    • @chungskfood
      @chungskfood  Год назад

      Wow, I am so proud of you! When you have leftover bibimbap ingredients, it's recommended to store them in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days. When you're ready to eat, you can simply place the leftover ingredients on top of warm rice and mix them together. If you prefer, you can also reheat the ingredients slightly before adding them to the rice. Thank you for trying out my recipe and sharing! :)

    Hi Ms. Chung, how to make the red pepper paste. Thanks!!!

    • @chungskfood
      @chungskfood  Год назад

      In this video, I just used red pepper paste. The ingredients for bibimbap are somewhat seasoned, so it's delicious even if you mix only red pepper paste and sesame oil. If you want to use more delicious red pepper paste sauce, please refer to the link below. The amount of red pepper paste (gochujang) sauce is for 3-4 people, so you can't add it all at once, you can adjust it while mixing. Thank you! ruclips.net/user/shortsRdCNl9OE0tE

    Looks so tasty!! Is it possible to freeze the extra marinated vegetables and reheat for another day? It's just me at home and that seems like a lot of uneaten leftovers + extra vegetables in the fridge if I made it. I just don't wanna waste food😔

    • @chungskfood
      @chungskfood  Год назад +1

      I see! Most of the ingredients for bibimbap are vegetables, so if you freeze them in the freezer and use them next time, the texture is not good. Instead, I recommend making it by reducing the amount of ingredients. Hope this works for you. Thank you!😊🥰

      Substitute soya paneer for the meat. I cube mine and freeze it the night before. Then I reheat in a pan with a little oil before adding. The Indian soya paneer already seems to have much less liquid than tofu so it performs well in this recipe like pressed tofu.
