Aside from the fact that everything she cooks looks good, I also love that she asks her customers how the food tastes and if it's to their liking. You can see she cares about the food she makes and the people she cooks for.
Ohhh!! the owner, she is legend. So much hard work and love into that food.

가던 칼국수 집이 휴무라 들렸던 집인데, 사장님 친절하셔서 인상깊었어요. 옆 테이블 노부부께서 비빔밥을 시키셨는데 어머님, 아버님은 부드러운 나물만 담아드리라고 주문 넣으시더라구요. 다음엔 저도 비빔밥 먹을께요.

씽크대 하수구만 새까맣지 ㅡ그 물때껴서 시커먼 하수구 위에 음식을 넣어서 물에 씻는게 더러워 보일 뿐 씽크대좀 깨끗이 씻고 하면 좋겠다

명절마다 손녀생각하시며 밑반찬 열종류넘게 통에 담아 준비해 두다가 저 가면 챙겨주시는데ㅠ 사장님 손을 보고있으니 외할머니생각이 나서 눈물이 찔끔나네요

바보니 식용유로 칼국수 반죽 하고 중국산 김치를 부추 당근 넣고 국산으로 둔갑 시키고 콩나물은 씻지도 않고 삶고 우묵가사리 묵도 씻지 않고 썰어 바로 통에 담잖아 그리고 시장에 오가는 사람들이 얼마나 많은데 나물을 대접에 수부담아서 노상 내놓고 그걸로 비빔밥을 만들잖아 위생이 개판인데 저걸 믿는다는 말이나오냐?

What I like about koreans are they're very hygienic. You wouldn't have a second thought if you're gonna eat it or not because your curious if the food is clean or not.
