I have an 89w250 5.9L (throttle body injected) and my timing marks were both at 12 o’clock at tdc on cylinder 1 as well. Any information on that? I can’t find anything that really explains it well. Is that just how some are? I’ve put, putting it back together on hold because of that.
People need to stop stealing out people stuff this how they are getting shot too and for what 200 dollars if that of stuff i hope you find them and pull them in jail or in the ground i love that truck my dad bought one just like it new

Been trying to do the same swap into my 89. Cant figure out the wiring.
I am going to try the harness off my 90 and see if it will run the magnum ??
Did you make the turbo manifold or is that available somewhere?
I got it off eBay, I’m using it in another truck and it’s held up ok so far.
Did it make the other truck rowdy?
what motor was in before
Factory was a carbed LA318, I put a throttle body injected 318 in it when I got it.
