I am one of those people who tends to rush meals (please don't kick me out!) That is due in large part to my chronic fatigue and never feeling up to much physical activity. But one of the reasons I love to watch you is your passion for food. It makes me want to try harder, to cook more and really savor it. So thank you for that! Please don't eve stop sharing your passion for food!

Miles hey. I just wanted to say how much your videos have helped me out. I've had eating disorders for the last 12 years; all different types. I've been to more hospitals, outpatient programs, rehabs, therapists, and psychiatrists than I can count, and at age 22 I've had enough health scares that it's just normal for me to faint, or not be able to stay awake, or find myself curled on the floor in so much pain that I come close to losing consciousness or throwing up. After so many failed attempts at recovery, I think like, "docs say I might not live to 30, but hey, I didn't expect to make it to 19, so I'll call it a win." The last year has been hellish and every time I "fuck up," I experience such self-hatred and hopelessness that death genuinely looks like a very reasonable, logical option. I've been close to giving up. Anyway, watching your videos has been some kind of magical source of comfort and humor and healing, and today, literally for the first time I can ever, ever remember, I just felt some hope, and for the first time, the idea of thriving and being healthy and feeling good about what I eat seemed more appealing than looking like a corpse. I'm far from "recovered," not at all. But it's been so fucking long since I thought there was even a sliver of hope of getting out of this. So really, really, thank you

For the red peppers one, I looked up the cost of them in my local and they were £1:50 for two, so that’s £4.50 for six so I’m going to stick to regular peppers to save on cost. I really like the spiking the hummus with flavour and the minimalistic setting you have :)
