I'm so impressed with how far you have come. I started watching you on RUclips when you moved into an apartment in Brooklyn (I think that's where it was) with Max. You made 3 dishes, one being granola. Today I made a triple batch of the raspberry chia jam while making hard boiled eggs (for snacking). Then I made the mushroom omelet with goat cheese. It was wonderful although mine was too crispy on the outside. Thanks for your tip. On your site I have so many favorites now. I'm not even through the entire list. If you use the shelf stable silken tofu, your sauce will taste 100 times better. I eat all plant based and it took me seems like forever to find the right recipe for a white sauce. I make so many recipes with that kind of tofu.

One thing about cooking meat on your stovetop and the smell/fumes(especially if you don't have a vent/oven hood) I actually got a smaller countertop air purifier for near my stove for this exact reason! It really helps!

I coincidently discovered the same apple cider vinegar on sparkling water beverage when I couldn't have evening sparkling wine as I was at the time taking some anti-biotics and it was such a good enough replacement.
