First and foremost I am praying for a complete recovery for you. This vlog showed you in a very vulnerable state and I’m sure was incredibly difficult for you. You are such an inspiration to so many, thank you for sharing your journey through this process and again I hope and pray that you are feeling 100% again soon. 🎄
Your new hair color looks absolutely fantastic! It brings out your natural beauty and feels so relaxing and cozy :-) Get well soon, dear Sanne, and merry Christmas to you and all your loved ones!
I have had a dentist endodontist my whole adult life who invented a lot of things we use in the world but he never believed in taking wisdom teeth. If there’s crowding he would remove another tooth to allow the jaw line to sort itself out but he believes that the wisdom teeth are vital to our bite and health. Sadly I didn’t have this dentist when I was 14 and my wisdom teeth were taken. I would go back and not have done that knowing what I know now. I did not have my kids’ wisdom teeth pulled however. Why do we mess with nature and then wonder why it goes wrong?! Lots of love to you Sanne! 💖🎄💖
Dear Sanne, Thank you for all that you do for so many people....I’m so sorry to hear about your numbness. I can relate, as I experienced nerve damage after a wisdom tooth extraction many years ago. Unfortunately, mine didn’t heal, and I’ve always wished I had seen a neurologist sooner to explore repair options. I also tried acupuncture, but I think I waited too long to start. I have paresthesia of the tongue. Please don’t wait-six months seems too long to delay starting treatment or looking into seeing a neurologist for Nerve Repair Surgery....or seeking out specialists. You deserve the best chance at recovery! I’m sending you all the healing energy and lots of love as you navigate this. 💕wishing you happy holidays and a joyful New Year
Aww thankyou for your message! Yeah it's been 2 weeks now so I am keeping an eye on it, I had my first acupuncture appointment yesterday that went well!

@@SanneVloet Dear Sanne, first of all so sorry to hear about it, and please go to neurologist immediately, I've extracted wisdom tooth approximately 15 years ago, and I still have numbness, because during extraction they left small peace of tooth that touched nerve and nerve got damaged :( I'm kind of used to it now, but sometimes, on cold days, it gets worst and I have discomfort, so please, contact doctors as soon as you can
This is so crazy - I went through the exact same thing with my teeth, same location, same surgeries, etc. I had known about it since I was a teenager and just kept avoiding it until I finally decided it was time to bit the bullet. I also had to do a sinus lift (my sinuses were hanging low, lol), in addition to the bone grafting for the implants to adhere to the bone..it was a crazy surgery and can't remember much bc it was maybe 10 years ago. Recovery was a few weeks but it was fine - you will do great! It's really worth it, all the expense and surgery, though, because it is the most permanent way to replace missing teeth. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Sanne!
Hi Sanne! I have been watching your vlogs for years but I never tend to comment. This video resonated with me though because I also had a really hard and long recovery process post wisdom teeth removal and wanted to let you know that it happens and good for you to continue advocating for yourself when you feel pain or discomfort. Also, your skin has never looked better! Happy holidays and hope you are feeling much better now!!
Sanne, I had a similar situation to you in my early 20’s. After I got my braces removed I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. In my situation a nerve was very close to one of my teeth… hence there was some risk to my surgery. I didn’t want to go ahead with it, but my dentist said I’d get problems later on if I didn’t remove my wisdom teeth. Before the surgery, I had to sign an agreement that there could be a potential risk of nerve damage, permanent numbness etc. After my surgery, I could feel pins and needles on my face and body… my lip and jaw area was going numb on and off. And I did loose a bit of sensation in that area and my body. Many years later, I have little sensation left in some areas of my face and body. I really hope all works out for you as in ur situation you didn’t have a really close nerve nearby. I do know of an amazing natural doctor who you could consult. She’s US based and very well known. She’s on the Forbes health advisory board. Let me know if you’re interested and I can dm her info to you. Sending you best wishes for a speedy recovery.
For people who might also miss permanent teeth (as myself), there is the option to close the gap with braces bye pulling the back teeth to the front. Of course it depends on the case but just as information that implantation is not the only option
I understand how you felt after having your teeth removed. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time several years ago, and I ended up with dry sockets in the bottom two sockets. It was so painful and it took longer for my mouth to heal than it should have. I’m so glad that you are feeling better now.
Sorry to hear about your numbness. Hope you recover well, soon. Usually I don’t write on RUclips, but i can tell from my experience: i had wisdom tooth extraction in June 2023 with nerve damaged, after that I’ve had low level laser therapy for one month. No notable changes. I’ve felt pain(doc said pain is a good sign), tingling, when drinking cold water i was feeling like I have involuntary drooling. I also took some B vitamins supliments. Eventually, I can say that now, after one and half year, i can feel 80%. So, my advice is to be pacient. Have a great new year!
I have been postponing teeth surgery for years too, but I finally kick myself to do that and my surgery is going to be in January. I'm so nervous, but I know it will be much better after. And I already made a list of meals I will make 😀 I wish you speed recovery 💜
Dear Sanne, thank you very much for sharing your experience with the teeth. I have my appointment scheduled for February next year. Now I know I am not the only one. I wish you a speed recovery and to get well soon. Merry Christmas!
The same thing happened to me when I had a single wisdom tooth taken out. They cut my nerve too and I had numbness and it was terrible. My dr had me take B complex vitamins and that did help. It takes a few months to regrow the nerve but it does get better. Best wishes to you!
OMG I have the same teeth problem (no adult teeth underneath the baby ones and it's genetic)!! I ended up doing the full implant thing and it's been perfect! The surgery aftercare was SO horrifically painful though (mostly because my medicine lapsed and I wasn't able to take the pain meds at the correct time only once!). I've had 4 children all c-sections and the c-section pain is nothing for me, I heal super fast and am walking the next day, BUT that implant surgery was SO painful. Just warning you so you can mentally prepare to have the pain meds (just simple Ibuprofen) ready on hand. I also had my wisdom teeth in and only had them pulled when I was 35 !!! I heal super fast though, praying you heal fast!
Wishing you a speedy recovery Sanne, you bring so many people positivity and joy. You deeserve good health and happiness. Love the long vlog and hair is gorgeous 😍
OMG I have the exact same teeth problem. I have postponing my surgery as well because of worries about it triggering my past ED (due to problems with eating after the surgery). Losing weight triggers my ED thoughts so that can't happen. My dentist said it's a LONG recovery journey!! Please keep us updated!!! xx
Sanne, you are such a gentle and strong soul. It must be very difficult for you. 😢Hope you get well soon!!! And Merry Christmas 🎄 2025 will be a great year for you!
Hi Sanne ✨ I am sorry to hear about your slower than expected recovery. I did Acupuncture for the worst jaw and tooth pain of my life in August. I had immediate relief. It did take weekly sessions for a few months to heal it. I also used Gaia Oregano Oil Capsules 3 per day for 10 days. The other thing I did was daily Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations Blessings of The Energy Centers #1. I hope this helps. I wish you a speedy recovery. Happy Holidays ❄️🎄
First and foremost I hope you recover soon and that acupuncture will help you regain the feeling in your numb areas. Absolutely love the new hair color! It is so warm and flattering and when you took the roller out there really was a moment when you reminded me of Carla Bruni. It gave me 90s hair and super model era. But that probably is the whole roller and 90s blow out trend at the moment and I must say it suits you so much! Hope you had a nice Christmas and I am wishing you a happy new year 2025! Will definitely try the cinnamon roll recipe!
Hi Sanne, Keep us up to date on the nerve pain/numbness. Have you tried Colloidal Silver drops or gel? It’s supposed to help your body naturally heal from injury and inflammation. Also, I would highly recommend Beef Liver supplements! My mom and I tried them when we were both experiencing gum recession and inflammation. 2 capsules a day for a week and the gums look healthy, hair regrowth is amazing and my gut feels balanced!
I am So Sorry you have been going through this. When I had my brain tumor removed, it was so difficult. Acupuncture helped heal my whole body. Specifically he did a cranial massage and helped me to never have to take Tylenol again. Make sure there certified in Acupuncture and it should help. Merry Christmas!!! Sending Healing Hugs and Love.😊❤❤❤
Your experience reminded me of my own. In my twenties I had an extraction and they apparently nicked the nerve and my lower lip and around my mouth stayed numb. It never went away and I got completely used to it and never even thought about it until this video. I hope yours gets better!
I had a three year ordeal with getting my teeth removed after a botched root canal. It is a process and some weeks are great, other week are awful. 10/10 worst point in my life. So glad to be on the other side, but I know the other half of my mouth isn’t great. Just hoping I can avoid that process again!
Teeth issues are the worst! Good luck with your continued recovery. Love your kitchen runner, would you mind sharing where you got that. Happy holidays!
Sanne you know that I am your biggest biggest supporter and whenever you posts a New Vlog log it's makes my day instantly💕💕🥹🥹 God Bless You Always Always sending you lots of love to you
Wishing you to get well soon for complete recovery. Your new haircolor suits you so well - you look even more beautiful, absolutely stunning ... Merry Christmas and a Happy new year.
I needed surgery by a periodontist some ten years ago because of the tubes put into my mouth in another surgery...I did the surgery in the chair with added bone. The longest wait was the implants settling and not kissing as they thought my husband would have mouth problems...had to have some more surgery by same periodontist about three years ago because of dentist problems...needless to say left the dentist and kept the periodontist...you will wonder why you waited, no one will know when you are finished and you will be checked yearly...congratulations on taking this opportunity and step...bye the bye...I am definitely looking into your glasses as although I have had corrective surgery for cataracts at a young age I am going to ask for the blue tint for reading and computer and telephone time...thank you again for your content Happy Christmas
You poor girl, I sympathise with you, I had 2 teeth out without a general, root broke on extraction, scalpel, stiches, but nearly one year on and still numbness, so yes it does take time. Hope you are feeling much better ❤❤
If you have swelling of your gums and mucous membranes, you can do warm water rinses with salt. It will help with swelling and cleansing. They are very soothing. One cup of warm water with 1 tsp of salt used throughout the day. Swish for 30 secs and spit out. Usually, it's recommended after a dental procedure. Ask the dentist if you can do this.
I hope you continue to heal quickly!! Dental work is the absolute worst…I had my first root canal this year and GIRL it is amazing how much a painful mouth can set you back! I’m glad your recovery is going well, and I’m sure it is so much better to take care of this now than having bigger issues down the road. Lots of love from Nashville ❤❤❤
Hi Sanne, I think you might have to wait for a few weeks or months for the numb feelings to be completely gone, but it will return to normal! I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted too in the last 2 years and both time I had nerve injuries. I couldn't feel and move half my lips for 6 months🥲 The surgeon prescribed me neuro B forte to help with the nerves recovery. Beterschap!
Omg, I'm gonna go through same situation in a couple of days... Thank you so much because this video motivated me to think more positive about the outcome. Wishing u a speedy recovery ❤
When you heat up honey it kills all of the enzymes and essentially turns into just sugar. That manuka honey is expensive! So you may want to save the manuka for something else for the benefits. Would be better/ the same to just add maple syrup or coconut sugar
I’m so sorry Sanne you are going through a hard time with your recovery and I hope you will get better soon and your normal life again and I know that feeling I had a car accident last year in November and it took a few months to recover from it , i sleep because oh all the injuries everywhere I had and all Xmas and new new years I was still recovering from it , stay strong Sanne . Sending you love , thank you Sanne for this video 😂
Such an enjoyable volg! Loved it so much! I'm in love your new hair color your looking so pretty! Get well soon! You're so inspiring and hardworking! Loads of love Sanne ❤❤⭐⭐😊😊
Numbness actually happened to me TWiICE!! First time was about 25 years ago and yes, it did take about six months before the feeling in half of my tongue came back. Oddly occasionally, I would feel that numbness to a lesser degree for a day or so infrequently over the next few years. Most recently about six months ago I was having a filling refilled and the dentist (a different dentist) apparently hit a nerve on the opposite side of my mouth, and I immediately started lisping. She had to give me another shot, which was a reversal. Apparently, this reversal shot is a new thing and has to be caught almost immediately for it to counteract the initial shot that caused the numbness. I also went on a course of prednisone for swelling. Happy to report the second time around didn’t last but a day or two. The first time it happened, it took several months for it to completely go away with occasional phantom numbness over a few years.
Love your vlog and hope for a healing recovery. When I hurt my knee last year soul sync body helped me get back into working out. Can’t wait to see what’s in store on the app!
Sucks that this is happening. Be strong Sanne! Super love your positive outlook. And you look so beautiful with this new hair color! Please wear more blush, you look so fresh and glowy! Been a fan for years, now I have 2 babies and they also enjoy watching you haha sending you much love! If you come to Barcelona, please do a meet up.
Darling Sanne ! Merry Merry ♥️🎄🕊 I believe you will recover completely.. nerves can take a few years to regenerate.. from my experience.. Thank you for sharing as we All have our struggles.. supporting each other with Love and positive vibes is Magic for the soul! I look forward to continuing this wild life journey with You All ♥️🕊🎶🦄
I had the exact same surgery done on one of my molars that was a baby tooth. Ask your doctor ofc, but I would definitely recommend taking CoQ10 once the surgery heals - it’s a supplement that helps prevent gum recession which can often happen while waiting for the implants. Good luck 💕
Also for the nerve damage in your chin/jaw - I have that too lol. Physical therapy where they do exercises and massage similar to what they do for TMJ helped the most for regaining feeling and healing any pain.
sorry to hear about the numbness around your mouth. i was faced with a similar choice - to remove a wisdom tooth that was on my nerve and i got a special consult with a nureologist and he suggested to let it be as he could almost with gaurantee say it will not recover.
The same thing happened to when I had my wisdom teeth removed. It took over two years for me to heal because I had other health issues and I had my surgery overseas.
I would love to make that soup, could you please describe in a few words how to make it?😊 Thank you for giving a positive thinking example! Hope you will recover quickly❤
Such a soothing calm vlog- thank you! Btw, you and your bf (husband?) have both so stunning sparkling eyes! It’s the first thing I had to notice about you! All the best to you all ❤
Merry Christmas Sanne! We spent the holidays in Europe with our family over there and I absolutely love the Christmas markets and the whole Christmas vide in Europe! Also, for great sweaters and cardigans check out the brand Sezane!
I have surgery to remove my salivary gland. Damage to the minor nerves repaired after a week or two. It was super quick. Though natural therapies would be worth trying.
You are such a brave girl! be better soon love Sanne! I like your new hair btw. And in Finland there is no much sunshine right now. I wanna have a hike like that too.
You look amazing eitherway! Sanne, I think the doug need maybe some sugar, I know you put it outside with the coconut oil and cinnamon but as a compulsive backer I am I will suggest to add some like 3 tablesoons of sugar (and if you have vanilla extract as well) to give it a bit of taste buy it's own.
I haven’t been in my gym since 12th September. Then it seems like such a struggle to get back in the flow. I’m going to wait til after Xmas. I’ll try what you say, try small. It’s just the ‘fear’ of not being where I was 3 months ago 😔

Thankyou thankyou sending you big hug!
Happy holidays! Beautiful Christmas decor ❤
Sanne, thank you so much for sharing❤
i wish you to recover very soon🙏
which hike did you go to 25:50?
the view is fascinating!
Love your vlog and hope for a healing recovery. When I hurt my knee last year soul sync body helped me get back into working out. Can’t wait to see what’s in store on the app!

MISS YOUR BLOND HEAR JAJAJA Have a lovely day !
I look forward to continuing this wild life journey with You All ♥️🕊🎶🦄
Merry Christmas 💗💗
Oh! Yes I’m going to get some of those glasses! Prescription!
1:15 that tea looks bomb 😮
Merry Christmas 🎄🧑🎄
Speedy recovery dear ❤btw, your hair looked really nice when you were showing us how to apply the blush!
The same thing happened to when I had my wisdom teeth removed. It took over two years for me to heal because I had other health issues and I had my surgery overseas.
Sanne!! ILY - sweetest human
❤❤❤❤
you look gorgeousss with the glasees and your hair!
Hii Sanne! Happy holidays
I would love to make that soup, could you please describe in a few words how to make it?😊 Thank you for giving a positive thinking example! Hope you will recover quickly❤
May god give U the proper recovery.
Such a soothing calm vlog- thank you! Btw, you and your bf (husband?) have both so stunning sparkling eyes! It’s the first thing I had to notice about you! All the best to you all ❤
You look gorgeous with this hair color! Hoping you feel better soon! Happy Holidays!
Where are your rings from at 10:20 on the video ?
Merry Christmas Sanne! We spent the holidays in Europe with our family over there and I absolutely love the Christmas markets and the whole Christmas vide in Europe! Also, for great sweaters and cardigans check out the brand Sezane!
I have surgery to remove my salivary gland. Damage to the minor nerves repaired after a week or two. It was super quick. Though natural therapies would be worth trying.
You are such a brave girl! be better soon love Sanne! I like your new hair btw. And in Finland there is no much sunshine right now. I wanna have a hike like that too.
Give so much good vibes from your vloges💕
Merry Christmas Sanne ❤❤❤❤❤❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Sanne❤, Merry Christmas thanks for helping us increase our self-esteem and to start being healthy at least in our lifetime.
you are so welcome! ❤
Your hair is much better not blond. This color and hairstyle is so much more distinctive and elegant on you!! 😊
Love your hair and glasses !
I have the same partially numb bottom lip and chin after getting wisdom teeth removed. Acupuncture didn’t help with mine but worth a go!
Your new hair color suit you so well!
Yeah the dough could definitely need a little touch of sugar! the frosting was very sweet so that made up for it! It was really really taste though
the green soup looked sooo good- can we have the recipe? Feel better soon xo
Yes sharing on my Instagram this week!
Wish u all the best
Get well soon
Sublingual b12 can heal the myelin sheath around nerves
A great holiday treat to enjoy while you are recovering is eggnog! I bet it would taste great with matcha.
I haven’t been in my gym since 12th September. Then it seems like such a struggle to get back in the flow. I’m going to wait til after Xmas. I’ll try what you say, try small. It’s just the ‘fear’ of not being where I was 3 months ago 😔
Can you share us the green soup recipe please? That looks goood
Sanneさん Advance Merry Christmas 🎄and Happy New Year 2025🎉
