She is trying to tell us that between 8 and 8:15 she is doing her skin care, blow dries her hair, curl it, does her make up, get dressed, pose for the camera.. come one! These people have so much free time on their hands that they lose track of it. They believe that they get dressed in 2 minutes.. and than you all buy their crap and than feel bad for yourself because you think you are not 'productive'.
@@cri0871to be fair her routine is pretty simplified. I can see how her makeup and hair wouldn’t take her long as there’s not that many steps and she doesn’t have that much hair. And her hair was also already dry before styling. I don’t disagree with you but I do think this is semi realistic
As someone with a young child I enjoy watching your "no kid era". You help me catch my breath and slow down my day, even if only for a few minutes. In saying this, my favourite morning ritual is taking my son for an early morning walk to our local beach in Sydney. We set up a blanket and enjoy a warm beverage and share a muffin under the early morning sun. My son has been waking at 430am these days so I never miss the sunrise 🌅
My non negotiable morning routine involves not looking at my phone the first hour, matcha while watching the sunrise, thirty minutes of yoga, and cuddling with my cat.I can't wait to try those eye patches from Clear Stem ! Thank you for sharing all that you do, it is very inspiring and motivating.🌻

If you begin with a balanced investment in all the parts of your being, all systems will be charged up and working for you in the day. More strategic investment=better results in your lived experience. More peace, more health, more productivity, and presence. A note on how this changes with kids: I have had a morning routine from my early teens through the intense parenting years and am now in my 50’s. I kept a morning routine throughout all of life’s stages. As a mom, it was even more important to have a morning routine. Giving so much, you REALLY need to invest in yourself. And your kids will benefit from your higher state and from observing your example. Seeing my progeny create their own thoughtful routines is a true joy and testament to their appreciation of the value of what they observed in my routines. At times my routine was 20 min before the baby woke up my “internal orientation” of journaling, prayer, meditation….then a 20 min workout during the morning….and a 20 min time for myself in the evening. If you don’t find time for yourself pro-actively, that time will still “come due” in illness, depletion, and problems. Pay now or pay later! In this season of my life, I have 2-2.5 hrs for a morning routine again and I love to savour the quiet stretch and know that no one needs me. All of the seasons of life are beautiful and unique. My advice to young women is to embrace where you are with appreciation and a long term strategy. You can keep feeling amazing indefinitely if you choose your habits wisely. You can look amazing and become wiser with each birthday. Growth mindset if, chosen as a lifestyle, is the best pro-aging secret there is.

My sisters old curling iron, which she started to use in the end of 1980ies, is still the best and most effective curling iron there is😅. And how its still working, no idea... Seems older things were made to last longer than current ones smh... I do not use it very often, but still😊

Hi! It really depends on the day, sometimes I have a little pre-workout snack like a peanut butter banana rice cake or egg muffin or something! Do what feels good to you and gives you energy to workout
