Walking outside amongst trees is so important, if you are lucky to be around forests, I recommend just taking a walk amongst the leaves with no music, no phone, no other person.

For your community on the other side of the world, and when the right moment comes, please consider making a video on how this disaster affects your life, and the lives of others around you. I think it will enrich us all on how to respond to disaster.

I really like your content and you seem like a really nice person, but for me it's pretty hard to maintain these steps. I picked the wrong profession, I guess. Normally I work at least 9 hours a day (and also the weekends) (+ commuting). Meal prep and stuff is helpful of course, but during exam time (I'm the teacher, so correcting) I'm already satisfied if I don't cry every day... so... I don't know. You elaborated some easy tipps but some of them don't congregate with the work life of many people.

Just a thought 💭.... Isn't our desire to always be better and achieve more the reason we do have the necessities that many in Africa do not? Our ancestors had to dig almost everything from the ground in Europe. I think it is part of our culture and we have more of material things because of it and less peace of mind....

In this day and age, I feel a red flag go off when advice is given to always text the people in your life to check off one of these boxes. Please don’t do that. Everyone receives up to 100+ notifications a day already. Don’t contribute by sending one more text during the work week that’s a shallow “hey hope everything is going well”. Please try to use a more mindful approach to connecting with others to make yourself feel better. Please. We can’t keep doing this
