Hello Everyone,
Happy Friday! I hope you're all having a fantastic day. I had a little car accident yesterday, but thankfully, everything is fine. I walked away with just a tight shoulder and neck-it was a bit of a shock!
Anyway, I'm so excited to share today's video with all of you. I know you guys always love my "What I Eat in a Week" videos. In this particular video, I'll be sharing Week 1 of my new meal plan from the Soul Sync Body Summer Guide that launched today!!! My team and I have poured our hearts and souls into creating this one!
The recipes in this meal plan are carefully curated to fuel your body, perfectly complementing the workout program that we've just launched on our app. The ultimate goal of this challenge is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own skin. These recipes are dietitian-approved and happen to be some of my new favorite summer dishes.
We understand that nutrition can sometimes be confusing, and with this challenge, we aim to inspire you to either get started or take your health and wellness journey to the next level. Within the challenge, you'll find the full meal plan, a grocery list, nutrition tips and tricks, as well as video tutorials for each recipe. All the meals are easy to make (all under 30 minutes), so you can easily follow along at home.

If you have trouble falling asleep at night, try ditching sweet foods before going to bed. Sugar makes us awake, so it might be worth getting rid of it.

Cook your beans from scratch first soaked them with Soda bicarbonate owernight. Then free them. That brakes the fiber and makes them more dida stable. Than cook in instapot

Het is vaak beter om een paar uur voordat je op bed gaat eet zodat je maag het kan verwerken, verder heb ik er geen persoonlijk reden voor ik vind het vaak fijn om vroeg te eten!
I am not sure you realise this, but you actually spend a lot of time on cooking. I meal prep every week all my lunches and dinners to freeze, prewash and partly precut all my weekly vegetables and fruits, prepare my oatmeal mix for breakfasts. Yeah, it can take 4 hours on weekend, but then I don't worry about cooking for the rest of the week. No way I could spend as much time on cooking as you do and I don't consider myself a particularly busy person.
I would love to save some time on cooking but experts say veggies loose so much of their nutrients when washed and cut :/

Love this healthy inspo however for a lot of people this is not enough food! It’s also quite low in carbs so not very good for female hormone health just to be aware!

That tuna salad 🥗 looks delicious 😋 what dressing did you put on? I absolutely love ❤salmon. I could eat it everyday but I’m the only one in the family who really likes it.

Sanne you should try the recipe of merluzzo (cod) alla livornese! it is my favorite way of cooking cod and it is so tasty! Especially if you like Italian food
I like the recipes but it doesn’t seem like you’re eating enough carbs? Besides toast and the occasional chickpea pasta I didn’t really see anything (and yes I know vegetables have carbs in them but you know what I mean)
You realise you don’t need that many carbs to be healthy. As long as you replace with more fat and protein along with healthy moderate carb intake that is more than enough.

What is it with you people stuffing yourselves with carbs. There are carbs in pretty much every food already, if you genuinely want to loose weight then tone it down with the bread.

It’s a dressing with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic!

Hii!!! I don't really do detox diets but there are a few recipes I turn back to when I want to eat healthy and clean. Most of them are actually recipes from this mealplan!
