I also thrive on higher-fat meals. You've actually really helped me to get past my fat fear and I feel so much better in my life and body now that I eat tahini, nuts and seeds, and coconut (and others because I'm not vegan but eating so much more plant-based since becoming obsessed with your channel a few years ago).
You two and your relationship gives me hope. You two have the best energy I love the beautiful life you share and I want to aspire to that.

Peppermint tea with a square of dark choc and a face mask whilst listening to jazz👌👌👌 normal day for me is smoothie (banana, ice, frozen mixed berries, oat milk, maca powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds, peanut butter, vanilla vegan protein powder), rainbow sandwich for lunch (a good seeded/wholemeal kinda bread with hummus, vegan pesto, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, pickled cabbage, fried tofu strips) then a curry or something from the Deliciously Ella app. Sushi without soy sauce is a crime Jill, sorry!

Glad to see I'm not the only one that prefers the unflavored protein powder for my oats. If the fruit doesn't make it sweet enough I'll add a little maple syrup but it's usually great with just fruit and cinnamon.

Miles, the ADHD thing is so obvious. I'd never wanna be that person that labels strangers on the internet, but ngl I thought it the first time I ever saw a video of urs. It's probably the reason I love & relate to ur channel so much. I have ADHD (late diagnosed at 18) & a pretty addictive personality as a result. My bulimia was def related to being under-stimulated & having so much pent-up energy that I needed to blow off steam by over-exercising & bingeing. I gave up resisting the label bc it did more harm than good for me

As a fellow ADHDer I totally understand the thing with coffee. I've always felt it doesn't give me any energy hit...and even at times...its made me sleepy...it was only when i started researching into ADHD and discovering I have it...that I found that it can be like this...not for all but some...where the coffee relaxes you...as opposed to bringing focus and waking. Btw I have a weird thing with textures sometimes...especially with fruit...wonder if that's an ADHD thing too?

Totally just recreated Jill's porridge slow cooked porridge to get the bottom of the pot skin.
I always make stove-top porridge from scratch (microwaves and porridge sachets need to be banished) but never like this - I always adopt the stir continuously method.
And can I just say 'WILD'! The skin formed perfectly and was beyond delicious and 1000% worth the wait.
Will absolutely be making it this way again - I'm intrigued to find out how/if the skin will form with other types of fruit or without fruit.

In these kind of videos it would make sense that volume of food would be adjusted to mens caloric requirement needs to get more accurate representation atleast imo about how the diet affects.
Curious, for the longest time you only drank decaf bkz of adrenal issue. I recall you started drinking a plant based cold brew and then it seemed like coffee was in. What changed for you? I know for some coffee or caffeine helps greatly for adhd. I just thought you weren't suppose to have it
I agree with you, I’ve noticed that about Miles. Don’t know his exact situation, a lot of his past is pretty vague so I wouldn’t trust everything I see on the internet.

What do you think about antinutrients like phytates, goitrogens, lectins et al ? These things and glyphosate make it impossible for me to be interested in seeds grains and beans. I want to be able to absorb my nutrients. I was plant based for 10 years but in the last 3 years ate animal foods to help heal injuries ( like Jon Venus). It turns out to be better for my health. I truly respect individuals personal food choices. One size does not fit all. I also don’t understand that herbal tea nonsense.
