    I've collected evidence demonstrating that the Pip Assessors are systematically lying about the the people they're assessing. This systematic lying is leading to people being wrongly Awarded the incorrect benefit, removed all together and even worse made to wait years on end for a payout!
    Please share this video with your friends and family to help them stop the DWP from destroying their lives. The truth is out there - and it's time the public knew about it.

    The last time I had a PIPs assessment I was told by the assessor to just answer "Yes" or "No" to the questions she asked. My daughter was with me at the time and explained to her that it wasn't as simple as that because my condition fluctuates even with medication. My daughter was told by the assessor to "Keep quiet"! I scored zero points eventhough I couldn't do a lot of things myself at the time due to the way Bipolar affects my moods and day to day living.The assessment wasn't recorded so the next time I apply for PIPs we will be asking for the assessment to be recorded.

    • @DynamicDuoUK
      @DynamicDuoUK  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, I'm sorry to hear that's happened to you. It's such a shame. The assessor was completely incorrect. You do not have to answer yes or no answers. It's best to give as much information as you possibly can but to focus on what a bad day looks like for you. Not always a good day because they will try to use that against you. Your daughter has got every right to speak, especially if she is a part of the assessments or if she is your Carer.
      Whenever you go for an assessment, just give them 2 weeks notice saying you'll be filming or recording the whole assessment. They are not allowed to say no. You also have the right to request a specialist assessor who deals with your particular disability and they have to provide evidence of that within 30 days. Hope this helps you. All the best. Have a good Christmas xx

    You should always ask at the beginning of assessment what medical qualifications they have
    I asked on my assessment and was told that they were not qualified to assess neurological issues. I then asked to stop the assessment (which I was filming ) and insisted that the right person with the right qualifications did my assessment it took them 4 months to try and do this which they couldn’t I contacted CAB and then within 2 weeks I was assessed and denied when I appealed I told them about qualified assessors and was then given my benefits
    It’s the only way to play them at there own game

    I have been claiming for the past 12 years and every time I have to fight it and it would end up in the courts. Last year I was up again and I just lost it over the phone. I asked the doctor if he had a Ph.D. and if he was a GP. He said yes I am a doctor. I said "yes, but have you a Ph.D. and if you were just a GP," he said yes I have a Ph.D. and I am a GP" I said "then you are not qualified to assess me as I have mental issues and hung up on him.
    DWP phoned me right back saying I had to speak to him or they would have to cancel my claim. I raged at her and told her to f off and hung up on her too. 10 minutes later they called back.
    Another woman said "why don't you just answer the questions" I said to her "you wouldn't understand because you are not medically trained in mental health" I then told her to f off and hung up on her.
    Two weeks later I got a letter from PIP saying
    "we have looked over your claim again and have awarded you"
    3 days after that I received in my bank just over £10,000 back payment from PIP and ESA.
    Now I have a rest for another 3 years before having to go through it all again.
    It's so soul-destroying DWP and the government are not here to help, but just the f**king opposite.

    I've had to go through the pip assessment process more than once and it's a thoroughly unpleasant and demeaning process. I felt awful even though I've worked full time for over 40 years with a physical disability and never claimed a single penny. Due to age ware and tare and living off pain killers to get through the day and a fall breaking my ankles, I had to give up work. I also was turned down twice for pip and only finally got it when I was diagnosed with cancer. It was gut wrenching to hear that people are paid to fail claiments and profit from someone struggling in life.

    Last year I had to apply for esa and pip for the first time in my life. I'm 52 and have worked non stop since I were 16. I had a accident which ment i couldnt return to my job. So i had to apply for benefits. I went for a esa evaluation interview and scored 0, so i put in for a mandatory reconsideration which I scored 8 points in total. I couldn't believe that I'd scored so low what with numerous letters from my surgeon,doctor and consultant. So on there advice I took my claim to tribunal, where I would have to attend and state my case in front of a DWP representative and a qualified medical person and someone else. I waited 8 months for my tribunal and I recieved my appointment letter saying I were to be there at 10.30am. On the day of the tribunal I got a phone call informing me that I didn't have to attend as someone had looked at my case and awarded me the highest band of esa. I couldn't believe it. The system just wants people to fail and be put off by scoring them low and hoping they give up.

    1. Jane, a UK resident, has faced significant challenges in obtaining benefits from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) despite her eligibility and urgent needs due to health conditions.
    2. Her attempts to secure benefits have been repeatedly denied, highlighting systemic issues in the assessment and allocation process for disability and health-related benefits.
    3. There are concerns about discrepancies and inconsistencies in the assessment reports, which have adversely impacted Jane's life, including her mental and emotional well-being.
    4. The narrator expresses frustration and anger toward the system, suggesting that assessors might be incentivised to deny claims, indicating a potentially flawed and unethical system.
    5. Jane's experience reflects broader societal issues in how people with disabilities and health issues are treated and the need for more compassionate, fair, and integrity-driven support systems.
    6. The story serves as a call to action for a more humane approach to handling such cases, emphasising the need for systemic reform.

I’ve known many people that have worked 30-40 years and eventually couldn’t work and needed desperate help, in most cases pride stops people from even reaching out in the first place, eventually at breaking point when they do, they get treated in the most disgusting way imaginable. It is the same around the whole country, it’s almost as if their training is based on dehumanising people.

      @@DynamicDuoUK Actually, It's all in the wording, when they talk listen very carefully.... Let's start here with the general premise, You can't even sell a can of beans in this country unless more than 50 percent of the can is beans. It doesn't have to look like beans or smell like beans, it just has to be either beans or made from beans, because that is the advertised (or introduced) title.
      When you speak to D.W.P. they say "Medical Professionals", and get this .,..... They are not lying.... The people who head up the agencies (Capita etc.) are indeed Medical Professionals. The majority of the people employed to perform these assessments and write the reports (a minority are ex nurses etc) are NOT Medical professionals.... AND here's the rub .... They never told you they were, they glass over the introduction as being "Medically Trained" or "Medically Certified". Unless you are lucky and get one of the 1/3rd who are "Medical Professionals" ..... NOW here's the scam...
      I'm Joe Bloggs on the street.... But I am Medically trained and Certified...And I am allowed to introduce myself as such.... I didn't go to medical college or university and I have absolutely no medical qualifications that allow me to call myself or introduce myself as a "Medical Professional". I did however, 10 months ago, attend a 2hr basic first aid course, which I passed and received a certificate for. So i'm pretty sure that if you were having a fit or seizure, a broken arm or choking on something. You would welcome my assistance...... BUT would you want me making a decision about your entitlement to benefits based on your disabilities and how they affect your life ????? .... Of course not it's and entirely ridiculous notion that only a moron (or corrupt government department) would think of doing.
      So when these people call you.... LISTEN to how they introduce themself.... did they say "Medical Professional" or did they in fact say that they are "Medically Trained" and / or "Medically Certified" ..... In fact I wouldn't even need to go on a first aid course. I could be trained, in-house by my employer, (who is a medical professional, an agency for instance). And they can issue me with a certificate of having completed the in-house medical training course. AND guess what.... I can now call myself Medically Trained and Certified.... What a wonderful world we live in huh.

    I went off sick in 2010 with knee replacement. The whole process of going sick caused me to have mental health issues and it highlighted that I was suffering PTSD,s and I,m a veteran. At every point I had to prove my health conditions by going to magistrates courts. I won every case.
    I won my cases because the judges accepted covert recordings that I made of my assessments. I had one assessor actually lied about qualifications which is an instant strike off the nursing registers. I took a case against the nurse to the NMC but she was backed by a lawyer where I had no legal representative. I obviously lost my case.
    I got awarded my PIP because on my MR form I informed the DWP that I fully intended to go to appeal and hand the judge "all "of the covert recordings to prove that the assessors had deliberately and routinely disregarded my health issues !
    It was the only time I got awarded my claim without going to court.
    At some point I fully intend to put the recordings on the internet this to include the assessor that falsely accused me of being verbally abusive and terminated my assess!ent......she did this so she could go home on time !!!!

This was all due to the lie after lie from the Medical assessment person over the phone. I recorded my our interview without there consent because I had been refused a recorded interview unless I was will to spend just over £1000 on specialist equipment to record with. The recording clearly shows on multiple occasions the women who did the interview clearly LIED, not got it wrong but LIED. I also sent in 28 pages of medical evidence to show my condition and procedures I had had in the last 4 years, and the adaptions my home has had done my social services. But I’m being very upfront as I would not get the help I need. I have meet a few who are able to abuse disabled yet refuse to go get jobs. We the disabled need to support each other and help each other as this government are coming for us all

    I recently saw some info about driving test results. Apparently, the pass rate is deliberately kept at just under 50%. Records show that it's unusual for any year on record to be above 50%, & it appears for the purpose of limiting how many extra vehicles get on the roads. So gvmts are far more interested in dominating the negative side, so the positive side don't really get judged properly. Meanwhile, those in gvmt controlling all this have just gained a £6000 p/a salary increase!. It's utterly disgusting!!.

    'Janes' case sounds very similar to my own daughter's. She went to tribunal and was awarded maximum PIP on both care and mobility. Now at renewal, IAS is suggesting, on the one hand, that she is incapable of looking after her own daughter, ( who apparently needs taking into foster care) and on the other hand, she has no problems that impact her daily life. Her daughter is fine, both her GP and local Social Services are happy with her welfare. She does however need, and actually pay for help in all areas of daily living. If anyone is neglected, it is her.
    We envisage another tribunal coming up.

My neighbour wanted to know if I would jump start her car for her and after I did that she said that I should be all snug in my home because I get the cost of living. I replied that the cost of living was swallowed by my over draft and that we only got a few days gas out of it. She commented that she works and can't afford to put the heating on. So I asked if she has a soaking wet mouldy house that needs heating. No. I work around the clock to try to make my situation better (I fail) now I have problems walking but still attempt painting that never dries. The same for my war disablement pension and I agree that some accessors blatantly lie or twist what you say, I was asked if I socialised much and I said maybe once a year and the report read that I did this every week FFS. I attended a tribunal (god knows how much they cost) but when I got in the civilian doctor asked if he could have a few more minutes to finish reading all my medical docs after which he replied (why the hell has this come to a tribunal when there was enough evidence in black and white to support what I was saying) and threw the case out and awarded me my entitlement without asking me anything.

We had mental health and adult educational people supporting us and he was successful. Last year he had to do a renewal/reclaim, this was over the phone, which I fully participated in... again he got no points. We did the steps again and are currently awaiting a court date. I got advice from Disability Direct in my City and she said the courts dont look too kindly on the DWP when they try to overturn their decisions. We sent copies of all the court papers from 2018... the DWP have until the 15th January to respond... so we'll see what happens. How can someone go from 24 points to zero when nothing has changed! One in twenty five people do not have empathy. You know that feeling you get when you're watching cricket and you see the batsman get the bowl in the box? One in twenty five people do not get that emotional reaction to seeing someone else's pain. It's not their fault, it's just how their brains are wired. But these people are particularly suited to certain kinds of jobs.

      That's absolutely ridiculous as far as I'm away. If you had the LCWRA entitlement of benefit in universal credit, there was to be no more reassessments and even the government have stated their scrapping reassessments up until 2025 and if you already have them your exempt, that just sounds like they're being a bit vicious. If you ask me I would 100% check that and challenge it. If you haven't got a car to get there and you're unable due to anxiety or mental health issues, for example they have to take that into consideration. Absolutely bunch of idiots they really are

      Exactly my thoughts why do we have targets ? Why is disability classed as a target in this country ? If a medical professional within the National Health Service or Private Health deems you as disabled or unfit then that should be all that matters at the end of the day. Unfortunately our government doesn't see it this way and likes to create endless gaps and hoops we have to jump through even to get their attention.

    I have had a similar issue where i have made PIP claims i find its down to luck of the draw with the people doing the exam. They ignore ALL medical evidence as a given fact and make you fight for the appeal. My last 2 PIP claims were granted but i got lucky with 2 nice guys who looked at my medical history and form and passed it. You have to remember that the people they use to assess claims are not doctors and do not look at medical history first its all down to HOW the form is filled and the forms are deceptive to fill in

    • @DynamicDuoUK
      @DynamicDuoUK  5 месяцев назад

      Agree the forms are difficult to fill In and designed to catch people out! It's so wrong, not every assessor it seems is built the same way but there is an emerging pattern which shows there all dodgy to some degree I just think some have more of a heart than others.

    • @curlers8798
      @curlers8798 5 месяцев назад +1

      The forms are made in such a way that when your filling it in you have to watch what you say as later on in the form it will ask a question that will then contradict what your saying your having difficulties with. The people who then assess claimants are only there to work around the form and the answers in that form and this is why its so wrong because its not actually looking at the medical conditions and histories of claimants. Also not a shock to hear that folk get a bonus to reject a claim the Tories denied this for years but we now know it to be true and that itself is a vile and warped act of spite in a benefits system thats rotten to the core and needs scrapped asap@@DynamicDuoUK

      Anxiety is a bitch, and with the way autism can be sometimes my brain just takes too long to switch on or your just out of phase that day, or some days I wake up completely fine and geared up for the day, I suspect it's like that for everyone but autism changes / enhances or nullifies these effects depending on the individual which is also why they should look at autism holistically.

    I have a man downstairs age 33 who is on full benefits and knows how to work the system. I’m constantly woken in the early hours because he sings at top voice, often with a group that he’s picked up from a club. Drinks vodka till he’s rotten and smokes. As soon as he gets his support the money is spent. Not sure if hard drugs are involved but his arrogant attitude and disrespect for others boils my blood. One early morning I received a call asking if I could transfer £20 as he couldn’t get home. The story was he had gone to visit a friend who wasn’t at home. The true story seemed to be that he had gone to have sex but things went wrong. I too rely on support but the battle was intense and required the help of a cancer charity and a private lawyer. Each day I wonder how the government moans about the welfare bill while continuing to bring in Muslims who will be on some if not all benefits for ever. The government has given billions to Ukraine and wastes billions without blinking. The money is or was there, it’s just wasted and abused. I have given up on most NHS services or health interventions and hope nature will finally allow me to die. This life is like being served a bowl of poo.

I went through the process many times and had a very high success rate because I had worked out how\what to say and more importantly what NOT to say. I had to tell my clients to answer questions yes or no and nothing to justify your answer as this can talk you out of it. Answer open questions as they are defined add nothing.
