This video is NOT intended to Defraud the system, Use this as a guide only.
I did get a handful of these, but some good news from me. I got awarded PIP 🎉 I don't know which rates until the letter comes through.. I wasn't expecting the outcome until the end of April. Couldn't have done it without watching you guys and Charlie. A big thank you for all your videos! ❤
Yesssss 🥳 💯 that's amazing! Honestly I'm so pleased for you. Fantastic. I'm glad we could help and of course Charlie it just goes to show people. We do our best and we try and help everybody and now I'm absolutely over the moon for you. I truly am.
You don't have to wait for the letter, you can call up and they will give you your scores over the phone. You can also request the report at the same time, same thing but breaks it down and you can keep it for future reference
@@pixeldragon2055 very good advice and correct, I'd highly recommend anyone to call them and request as getting letters is a joke from them lately
@@pixeldragon2055 Thank you
Update : there is a current ongoing issue with RUclips accepting comments or allowing comments on this video and others. I apologise to those who have been unable to comment and I'm hoping RUclips fixes this shortly.❤
Keep in mind everyone,..if you fail with your case....always continue on to tribuneral!! It doesn't matter what you say to dwp they will twist it round to hinder your case to stop you getting payment. Doesn't matter if you have no arms and no legs,..they'll say you have a head so you can work. (they have a budget to stick to you know)
This is extremely true. Don't forget you can always go to a tribunal which is independent from the DWP.
It's also worth noting the DWP will send you very horrible nasty letters demanding that you don't go ahead and even demanding the courts that you don't go ahead, They think they are above the law. It's about time they realised they're not.
Yes won 2 one after the other its only the last reassessment I haven’t had to go through hamster wheel again
@DynamicDuoUK I've won three tribunals. After the last one (many years ago) the decision maker changed the judges outcome, they then deleted my entire history ten years previous and havnt spoke to me since but to deny any claims I've made. They are corrupted, infested with wrong uns.
Thank you once again for another Video highlighting the DWP and their Fake Assessor's - Looking forward to Part 2!
A good update and great information Richard thank you
Very welcome
Just to let you know i got my letter Yesterday about my pip .. they are keeping me on it .🙏ThankGod i am so Relieved Xxx
That's amazing ! Sorry we haven't replied sooner both under the weather a bit at the moment but so pleased for you ! Xxx
@@DynamicDuoUK THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP ❤️..
1. How did I get here? A neighbour gave me a lift.
2. Can I cook a meal? No, I used ready meals that i microwave, Wiltshire Farm Foods etc
3. Dressing ang undressing? No, I use a bed handle, or sit on a stool, because i cannot keep my balance.
4. Medication? I use a dosette box prepared by the pharmacy. Since I have previously taken overdoses.
5. Do i go out alone? Usually not, sometimes to the GP surgery by taxi, I use a regular Taxi driver
6. Contact with other people? I get very nervous in front of strangers, as previously noted in a past PIP face to face assessment.
7. Money handling? No issues, I have two bank accounts, one for spending, one for bills.
8. Balance? i am known to fall over and use a walking stick to help prevent this.
9. Hygiene? i don't bother unless i am meeting someone.I have a shower with grab rails and stool to keep my balance.
10. Toilet? I have a toilet frame to aid me, i use incontinence pads.
11. Safe place? No answer, I don't know? If I don't know where i am i am very anxious.
12. Sleep? I have no fixed pattern.
13. Written text? No issues.
14. Milk carrying? No issues, a larger milk container yes
15 Follow route? Unfamiliar, route need to use my GPS on my phone, and can suffer anxiety.
How did i do?
You did okay however....
2 You used a microwave shows you have cognitive function on using a microwave as you didn't say you got someone to do it for you.
5 You implied you go out regardless of your condition and in a taxi which is a public transport method again showing cognitive function and memory intact.
6 Also applies to number 5 as taxi driver would be a stranger unless you have a personal one?
Good answers but it depends if you have a condition in which you think or feel your entitled to the benefit, if that makes sense?
They will still try and score less points on the answers provided above but again each disability is different so in an ideal world its hard to answer the questions for everyone.
All the best speak soon!
@@DynamicDuoUK Thank you, my mental health issues go as far as anxiety. They asked me once about the applications on my mobile phone during a telephone f2f, I reply was I have an old Nokia brick phone, and I only have calculator and snake.
Another interesting video Rich I learning a lot from you mate have a nice Sunday
Glad you enjoyed it, Have a nice sunday mate!
Love your work i keep sharing and watching thank you 😊
Awesome, thank you!
Thank you for sharing this. It’s given me some idea what they are capable of asking.
Looking forward to your next video!
Glad it was helpful! Our next will be Wednesday relating to this. Other videos of personal day to day life may be uploaded before both here and to our separate channel. Have a good day!
Thanks m8 handy to know
Oh my days. I think your amazing. Thk u. I can totally relate to these questions. Cannot wait to see another video. Thank you so much. You make me feel Validated xx :)
The carrying milk question, if I pick up anything with a bit of weight to it my fingers lock up so maybe that's part of what they're asking
With what i read and understand there trying to determine strength, it didn't ask about pain etc which i found odd, to me it's saying if you can lift something heavy your mobility is not impaired, sounds more of a way to set you up to fail.
Part 2 will be out Wednesday!
Dwp said being I’ve got a bank account I can manage money for my pip claim , it’s madness 😮
That's stupid ! They basically want you to say yes but someone managed it for me, it's like sometimes the assessors want you to say it but then your lying and urghhh honestly it mind blows me!
Just watched your video on trick questions. I only get the low amount some of the questions where there in the assessment, I did get the high amount on mobility on DLA.
Just out of curiosity who came up with all these questions I had a 90 minute telephone assesement and it was one of the worst experiences of my life, I had a panic attack due to the questions about my mental health. my report said because I then controlled my emotions after getting emotional I was ok and coping! I have PTSD after my heart attack and because I was not diagnosed and recieving treatment then, I had no evidence to give, also sleep apnea...was still waiting for diagnoses and treatment...I did not appeal and I only got a small amount for Mobility. I found out that to add and conditions, you have to go through the whole process again!! They Also lied in the report and I so wish I had had the assessment recorded (which I highly recommend ). sorry for the long post.

I’m just waiting on my form to arrive very helpful thank you 🙏
Best of luck! And your welcome!
Keep up this brilliantly channel please...I watch alan also...you're both amazing ❤
Thanks so much!! xx
New watcher of the channel. I do claim pip myself, but would a better description be 'tricky' questions to answer well. Rather than 'trick' questions? I say that only because as you say they do look to catch fraudsters, so if you have certain conditions, you need to answer carefully and take time to answer. Also, I heard you mention on another video about them asking about driving, my understanding is that the award of a car on Enhanced mobility can be granted so that family can use it for the person being awarded to benefit from, therefore even if the person can drive, but now doesn't because of their condition, they can still get the benefit from family members using it and transporting the claimant.
Hi, hopefully i can reply to this before Dynamic Duo get's chance to,
Firstly welcome to the channel and the group of mad ones that we all are here.
I think he's said trick questions because they are literally listed as trick questions and they are designed to catch you out in your original report, ive worked alongside the DWP myself in the past and i can Confirm this is how it is seen as trick questions rather than tricky.
Unfortunetly it is a system designed to not give you the benefit but rather to show they are helping by allowing you to apply etc.
In terms of Motability on the award yes you are correct, however the assessors are trained to mark that down as often as possible by using the claimants conditions not the fact a family member uses the car etc, im afraid it's got nothing to do with family members all questions related to mobility are for the claimant only.
Once again thanks for being here.
Hello and thanks for the comment, nice to see new people here! as someone's answered below unfortunetly its a system designed to trick and catch you out if your fake or not fake, either way to them it makes no difference they don't want to award the benefit and will find the best way possible not to.
Also the mobility part of it is correct what Brendon below said, its designed for the claimant not the family member so an assessor or dwp case manager who reveiws and awards wont give a dam im afraid if your family member needs to use it to take you to an appointment or not etc, if they can not pay you a part of the award then they will 100% push to not pay you on it.
Thanks for commenting and welcome like i said!
@@BrendonOsborne-nk9ln Thanks for the swiftly reply. I actually was able to take early retirement from DWP at the end of last year. I have over 30 years service. I would rather not say what roles I had towards the end of my career. Since PiP came into existence, well the past few years, I have occupied some of my spare time helping friends and friends of family with claiming not only PiP,but also DLA. Makes me feel good helping navigate the minefield of forms etc
I'm hoping my next assessment isn't for a while but just listening to this has started my anxiety
Sending you luck for it! We have the same to go through it's shocking 😭
Read today that the DWP have been advertising to hire surveillance staff - unsociable hours for various areas across the uk. It was in the big issue and DPAC posted about it.
id love to let them sit outside my house for 24 hours a day, theyd get a right image of me walking past naked randomly and spinning a sausage dog around in the air hahah they want a show id give them one!
@@DynamicDuoUK 🤣🤣🤣
Most of the questions asked at my pip assessment weren’t relevant to my illness which means the assessment won’t be accurate
Seems a legit statement it's always not aimed in favour for the claimant is it.
@@DynamicDuoUK that’s very true but the dwp won’t openly admit that the assessment is not catered to your illness it’s basically if you don’t tick these boxes you don’t pass and that’s not a fair assessment
@@deanjohn433 oh 100% agree they don't offer fair assessments and for a multitude of reasons including incorrect qualifications of the assessor and rightly said the fact it's a tick box questionnaire.
@@DynamicDuoUK the best assessor I ever had was qualified for my illness and I was in and out in 15 minutes so I asked all the relevant questions and told me from start to just give her my worse days and how long it lasted nothing to invasive and had also read my medical records which was a shock as most don’t do it
i believe that last question is a higher rate mobility question....(and so is very important,) - by the way one trick question on mobility is "you could go by taxi couldnt you?" - one to keep in mind.
Just one I Get and had to point out as a long term servers emphaziema sufferer they try to make out suffer from copd which lessens my illness as cold cover everything from bronchitis too lung cancer in my case copd is or has been used as a lesser illness category
Getting told I was ok mentally because I have a driving licence also been told I am able to look after myself because I'm capable of looking after a dog
:o
My stupid question I got asked in my pip telephone assessment is How many double decker buses can you put in a line from you house to the local shops??. Bonkers question to ask someone as I've never tried it??how am I supposed to know that when I've got mental health problems and brain disease??
Should have said do you think I'm a bus driver or something? 😂😂
I'm really worried about my pip form because i have help from the citizens advice bureau but shes sent my notes for me to go over and it sounds like i can't do anything at all! I am claiming for bipolar and depression, will this effect me having my daughter full time?
Good video Richard xxx I don't think there should be none tricky questions it's not fair
Your right it isn't fair at all for people, it's prying on the most vulnerable and they know it.
Do you know if the success rate for BPD is high? Ive very recently, at the age of 50 been diagnosed with it after suffering since i was about 18!.
On average mental health disorders have a success rate of between 40 to 52% depending on the severity and criteria, they dont unfortunetly put them into individual ones etc its such a shame.
@@DynamicDuoUK well, I'm awaiting the form, so I'll be letting you know at some point. Thank you so much for your reply.
@@sp-1973if it affects you severely with day to day activities eg, unable to leave the house and or eating regular....that's how it's judged but you will still have to fight for it no matter how ill you are and don't stop fighting even when you can't function......(take a rest from it and then attack it again a few days later when you're well enough)
I scored zero with b.p.d , I had to get welfare Rights involved and get evidence from friends and a my mental health nurse.
Impossible to answer questions can't handle any of it 💯 of the time though not dead 😢
Hi I have a PIP appeal tomorrow after 4 years of fighting my claim. I wondered if I could run through what they might say. I have found that the assessor has not been truthful in my assessment and my appeal was copied and pasted from the assessment. then i have found my MR was copy and pasted from the appeal 2 years later by the same person. at no time has any specialist medical professional in my disability field. Also can prove GDPR has been breached
Was asked by telephone assessor do I know where my local shop is ,its at the bottom of the street , got nil points as I could work out how to get there , now waiting for my mandatory reply letter ( sent further evidence registered post , which was signed for ) anyone know how long it takes them to reply
That's disgusting! They quote between 4 to 8 weeks, about a week after you sent it chase them up again on the pip helpline and then do it a few days after if you heard nothing, there more up to date there than sending letters at the moment.
If they fail you again (and probably will)...make sure you continue on to tribuneral! It's independent of dwp AND they don't like anyone going to tribuneral,(online form to fill in).. that's where you will probably win your case. You may get a phone call before you let them know you're taking it to tribuneral saying they've overturned their decision in your favour. THEY ARE TRYING TO LESSEN TRIBUNERAL APPEALS cos dwp have been before a committee (not the eu human rights one, another one in uk)...😊
Just what they said, if they fail you again please please take them to tribunal and I'm almost certain you will get your benefits back. It's worth the fight, even to just show them we are not standing for this anymore. You are entitled to this.
Unsure if this is true ….. but I heated that they don’t class SAT-NAVs as an aid anymore to help with driving to a destination! Please let me know if I’m wrong x
Your actually correct, they don't class satellite navigation units either in a car or seperate as an Aid, there more based on a person as an aid it's so wrong and another excuse for them to not pay. X
I apply for pip got a 0 and everything I rip it up and put it in the bin
I am still waiting on a letter I should have received last week as they said 2 weeks ago they would write to me with a pip review decision
They have not even assessed me and made a decision so am really anxious
You will need to call the pip helpline number first thing tomorrow at 9am, if you need the number let me know.
When you phone it's option 1 then 3 then 3 or 4 and follow automated service to be connected. They will have made a decision but royal mail delays are causing issues, we got a letter sent 4 weeks ago yesterday!! Royal mail are useless.
@@DynamicDuoUK they said do not call them till I receive the letter so I will give them till Friday this week so then we can say it’s been over 3 weeks
I will keep you informed
@@Itzeaglefang no worries they always say this as they want the phone lines cleared that's why, they more than likely have made a decision but not wanting you to know or call, play them at their own game! Annoy them like hell 😂 all the best to you!
@@DynamicDuoUK thank you Richard could you send me your email again if that’s ok
@@Itzeaglefang dynamicduouk@outlook.com x
What I don’t understand is that even if you are awarded high rate PIP you can still work.
Because why not, Its about the only bloody good thing people that work get for free in this country! There are people who work who just crack on who could just give up and go you know what il just claim full benefits costing more to the British tax payer! Not everyone works and gets a decent wage so with the enhanced rate it keeps some one in work while providing that support money wise to keep them going! It costs more to take that person away from work or give them caring support than just giving them pip
@@user-ft6nh7dm8p I don’t think it’s wrong, but I wonder how to qualify for high rate PIP….and i have personal experience…you have to not be able to travel anywhere unaccompanied, struggle to wash, prepare food, dress yourself, not be able to mobilise without stopping to rest every couple of minutes, find it difficult to plan ahead etc…etc….. if the answer is yes to any of the above you are awarded nil points.
Ask for a telephone appointment instead
My son has been called in to the office for an assessment. On his form he told them walking anywhere was a big problem, due to the pain. He will have to get a taxi, then be pushed in his wheelchair by his mum.
I think this is a test, and I'm wondering if he should call them to arrange a home visit instead.
Get them to do a telephone appointment. Good luck
Sorry for delayed response as Andrea said below or above .. request a telephone appointment, anyone with walking difficulties or severe MH should NOT be dragged in for an assessment... There one doctrine states that they should respect all claimants with disabilities and cause no alarm or distress. Remind them that on the phone and also yes it's 100% a test to try catch you out. Good luck!
@@DynamicDuoUK Thanks for the reply. He went, via assisted Uber, and his mum helped him with his wheelchair.
We will be complaining about their office, though. It was not wheelchair accessible, he had to stand in the lift. For a government agency assessing disabilities, they made it very hard for disabled people.
We will be putting in a complaint.
I think it’s bloody terrible asking stupid questions when people are genuinely ill and disabled iv been through this today via telephone and they don’t base your answers on your bad days so if your having a good day they don’t give you points if your disability isn’t that bad that day as I asked it’s stupid that I’ll people have to go through this shit questionnaire why when we all have documented mri scan results hospital result actually genuinely on paper it’s not that we are making it all up when will this country get any better it’s bloody the Pitt’s
Did not exactly tell us how to answer these horrible trick questions. Hay, if there playing below the belt, then we have to play them at there own damn game...
Unfortunetly im not able to answer questions for everyone as im not able to be in every persons pip assesment, its more to highlight the "trick questions" they are and will use in an effort to trick you out.
However as you have said if they are going below the belt then yes we need to play them at their own game, not that of course im encouraging this in any way of means but i can't control everyone right ;) ... Thanks for commenting.
All the best.
Play em at it. It's not benefit fraud it's what you have to do to survive basically. Anyone can hate my comment but unless you've ever had the misfortune to need to deal with them, you'll never understand just how sneaky they can be. They play sneaky you play sneaky back. I'm all up for that as long as you do genuinely need the help.
