- During the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018 I filmed the amazing Singer DLS, based on the Porsche 911 964. Singer partnered with Williams to undetake the DLS project to create the ultimate Porsche 911 that looks and sounds immense, the exhaust note was incredible! This beauty is powered by a normally aspirated, air-cooled Porsche flat-six engine developed by Williams Advanced Engineering to give 500bhp at a mind blowing 9000rpm!!

Brendon Morris probably referring to weird exhaust sound modern turbo engines make. it’s a very annoying trend imo, they try to make em loud and sporty like an n/a engine would be, but just ends up with not loud enough and weird burbling sounding exhaust noise
It's just pure engine, no pops or crackles.
No turbo, no muted exhaust note. High revving engine that just screams.

Apparently, the clutch is difficult to modulate.
It's a proper manual with minimal aids, of course it can stall. The price tag has no effect on whether it stalls or not.

Although I can understand your point, you have to understand that the folks who can afford this car, then this wouldn't be their only car. It'd be just one of the cars in their collection. They'd want it to be as special and different as possible compared to your every day cars. A heavy clutch is just part of the experience in this case. Again, to each their own. I was only replying to how a price tag doesn't dictate how difficult how the clutch can be.

The red livery isn't really fitting but that howl is so good. Since I realized how much I wanted one of those 930, 964, 993 either a singer or a RWB, I thought the only things that could enhanced such cars besides their exterior would be the engines and the interior.

I think this is the best the best the best Porsche car ever. They did master piece. 500HP oil cooled Porsche on a full carbon body and gorges design is a dream car. Can’t get better then this. It’s a monster.

it's not really a porsche.. it's a williams carbon tub, with a williams engine, a lot of bits from aftermarket manufacturers, and mabye a small pourcentage of porsche parts

And before anyone complains, I drive a early 2000's Duramax with a ZF manual. So many gears, I think one is off in Brazil on vacation. But it is handy when running at 25k lbs. Same principle.
