Currently 26 weeks pregnant and this workout challenged me due to time intervals but me and bump GOT IT DONE!!! My 9 year old brother accompanied us and enjoyed it too😇

At home , morning after a family Easter celebration , choc chip cookies , bunny cake and celebrating Jesus , family , being 60 , and 45 yrs dating my husband and 38 years of marriage!!!! so much fun and so blessed!!!!! Working out with Sydney keeps me healthy and on move with 4 adult children and spouses , 5 grandchildren and more on the way, 4 grand dogs and a 15 yr old Shitzu and husband who spoils me. Life is good and hard sometimes, but I stay energized in body and mind with Royal Change Thank YOU!!!

I always workout in my bedroom! This was great space-wise, but honestly I think all your workouts are easy to complete (with little to no modification) in my small space! That’s one reason I have been following your programs for ages. 🔥🔥
I honestly have no idea how I’m going to fit workouts in during this month of Ramadan with no food or water for 17 hours. I’ve thought about before dawn but worried the after workout calorie burn throughout the day will make me more tired - thought about afterwards but by the time hubby and I get dinner down and cleaned up and the kids bathed and in bed, were usually DONE for the night. Seeing this low impact version jussstttt might make it more possible - maybe 30 minutes right before breaking fast at night. We’ll see how this goes. Thanks for the opportunity Sydney!!

Been following Sydney for a couple months now as I am roughly 10 weeks ahead of her in my pregnancy. This workout was awesome. Very high intensity but low impact…however she always gives ways to turn it up. It was the highest I’ve had my heart rate in awhile! High 130’s! Saving this for a much needed quick HIIT workout!

Much needed timing for this workout! In a hotel today after my brother's funeral service yesterday. I did a very low impact and mild intensity to be gentle with my emotional energy. It has been so helpful to continue to move my body during this incredibly difficult time. I made most of the moves high impact but loved the variety of standing and floor work. Thanks Sydney! Loving watching your bub grow & thrive while you maintain your fitness. I did Friday's glute workout and this workout today. I really enjoyed each workout. I decided to rest Thursday and Friday of this week. I plan to take a walk tomorrow as the weather in North Carolina is totally awesome in April.
