Good morning Lucy… I just completed this ab Work workout twice… I'm 71 years old and proud of the fact that I can do it and I don't need to hold on for balance which I think is amazing… I have noticed that my upper tummy is softer than it was when I was younger… This started maybe a year ago… Do you have any core exercise that I could do that would more focus on the upper belly? Thanks for all you do❤️
This will help and our ab muscles don't have an upper or lower as they cover our entire midsection - keep using this one as it will give you your strongest core 💕💕

Thank you, thank you, thank you! My abs had been destroyed after two pregnancies. I started working out for 5 -15 minutes a few times per week, doing your standing abs excercises, and 2 years later I can confidently say that I am feeling stronger than ever. I have resumed dancing and swimming, I play with my kids, I even started lifting some weights.

Face fat is inflammation try changing you diet most foods have some inflation this is why I only eat meat

Good morning Lucy 😊 another great work out to start the day. I did your 5mins cardio beforehand which is my personal favourite 😅. Can I ask in your videos as you say that intensity is more important than duration of exercise, then would a shorter work out give the same results for say fat loss than a longer one, or are the benefits the same no matter the duration?. Personally I prefer the shorter work outs and add to this by 20 mins walking 3 x week. thanks for all that you do for us all ❤❤👍🙏
Great question and I will do a blog on this - I always say shorter workouts can be just as beneficial as longer as we are more likely to do them and workout harder - the key is to do what you enjoy the most - this way you are likely to stick to it and it is CONSISTENCY that gets results 💕💕💕💕
