I'm 47 with fibromyalgia thought I'd try this after doin the sit down burnin belly fat vid. Was a little bit hard completely out of puff but made it to the end. Your exercises are helping me get up the stairs a bit easier and hopefully stopping me from falling over which I do quite a bit. I enjoy your exercises because they are short bursts
Keep at it🎉 My niece has fibromyalgia and used to walk with a stick and not very far. She started with a exercise bike then strength and dance aerobics and now she's so fit. Obviously she still gets flare up days but no where near as often and she has tons of energy.
@@caroline73337 I was diagnosed at 21 house bound at 27 and fought everyday. Swimming has helped me massively but I've had quite a few ops and everytime it sets me back. I push myself to try to do things but also listen to my body as I get so exhausted with tryin to do simple things at times.
Perfect for me, my fitness levels have really dropped over the last few years! Need to get them back up. I feel the endorphins already and had to open the window as I was very warm! Thankyou Shelly xx

That was great. I did an extra set of the "running" because I felt off balance not switching my legs and doing both sides. And the last twisting exercise I think could've been longer maybe?
Hi I loved this video, it was Perfect for me who as a imelical hernia and multiple large fibroids in my abdominal area, it was just gentle enough for this sensitive area but I felt it made an impact. Do that throughout the work out except for the final exercise. This should be a great challenge for you. Let me know how you go 🙌💃

Just right for someone that has let their abs and lower get weak 👍🏼 elevates the heart rate and makes you break a starting sweat so it’s definitely doing something. Love this. Also it’s perfect for off days or days you only want to do a low impact workout. This can be added to dumbbell and kettlebell work.

56. 3 children late in life and belly hanging by my knees. I'm a sporadic exerciser so found this on the easy side of just right so did some extra exercises to beef it up a bit. Absolutely loved it though and the music choices! Watching you celebrate at the end makes me smile! I'll search through your other vids for something a tiny bit more challenging for when I'm ready to graduate to the next level! Thank you for your videos. Makes me believe I can do this!!
