I give myself a 6. I was wobbly and at some points off balanced but I managed to get through the exercise without holding on to anything. I'll be doing this daily until my balance becomes proficient.😊
This was really hard , especially the ones where the head has to move from side to side! My mother died of friedrichs ataxia and my sister has MS so there are balance issues in my genes which is why I am determined to do all I can to improve my balance for as long as I can. Thank you Schellea ❤ xxx

My wife had encouraged me to watch your videos and I couldn’t be happier with the progress. The music and encouragement you provide during the routines is very helpful and relaxing. Your amazing. Somehow though the point needs to be made that these are not just for women only. Dear Schellea again a great 10 min. If I had to put a number on my workout I would say a 6 bit of a wobble here and there but.....no chair! I did this 2 or 3 weeks ago and was all over the place . This made me persevere with moving my body and therefore I used many of your other videos to be come stronger and here I am done with ease. This is why we need to make exercise (and healthy eating) part of our daily routine to live a better life in our old age and never rely on others. I was able to help carry heavy furniture and avoid a fall just recently. ❤ thanks to this channel as they are not too hard like others and ease you in and then you can begin to challenge yourself more if you want. I actually enjoy exercising now.

My Mother was a personal trainer and I am not new to exercising; however, after having kids and years of being sedentary I stumbled upon your videos whenever i searched a new tricep exercise with weights. I have to say i absolutely LOVE you. I did this video, the newest 30 minute full body workout and your toned arms video (both) and my arms were screaming. I love your Aura and the music and timer helps so much. Some of the balancing exercises whenever i had to turn side to side were difficult but i loved them. PLEASE never stop uploading. I really enjoyed this. It’s a new favorite for sure. I did pretty well maybe between eight and nine on balance but I could definitely tell a difference from balancing on the left to balancing on the right. Much stronger in one leg than the other.
I really liked the combination of balance exercises, thank you. This was joy! For me, it is a head-thing because as soon as I leave my body and concentration, I do more than wobble. It was great to practice focused attention...and I too felt the burn in my arms.

I don't belong to a gym. I follow your videos everyday. I have trouble with balance because I have vertigo. I took my time with this video and I love it. Eventually I would like to do this video without sometimes having to use a chair. I am working on it. I prefer to exercise at home at my age because I can go at my own pace at my age. You are the best.
Fabulous! I think I give myself about 6-7/10 - not bad for an old chook🥰. I do notice a definite difference between left and right sides and need to worker harder on strengthening my wobbly left side. Thank you as always for your encouraging and motivational words. I am amazed at how this not only worked my abs but having to engage pretty much every body part. LOL This video I am going to share on some skating channels. As a figure/artistic skater this is truly beneficial.... just add straight legs and pointed toe when possible. Will be returning to this one often. Thank you !

Wow! I give myself a 4 or 5. Some were easier than others. I worked up a sweat doing this.😅 I was amazed afterwards when I walked around the room I just felt stronger or more comfortable walking! I'll definitely keep this up. I did have some inner ear damage from having strep earlier this spring.

My first time doing this video. I am about a 2.5 on my balance scale. Thank you for this video. I like the 20 min. balance video, but I do not have a full 20 min. in my morning routine to do a video that is that long. But I do, Praise God who alone gets me off my couch each day, do at least one 5 -10 min. video each weekday. Thank you for them and the thought of striving to be 1% better today than yesterday!
What I like about these balance exercises is that you feel your muscles burn not only in your legs but also butts, glutes and arms. It definitely hurts so good. Thank you. I love this video and the soothing music 😊
I wish I could tell you my story but the very short version I'm 58 with an unhealthy past ff I have lost 30lbs with another 20 to go. I totally changed what I eat and I have to tell you tom morn I am having hm protein bread with avocado, hm sauerkraut and hm broc sprouts. Can't wait to try your concoction. This is great. I am 66 and have noticed I am losing confidence in my balance of walking in bush etc. I managed without the chair and completed each exercise (some with a little wobbling) so feel pleased with myself. Love your videos and the fact I can pick and choose each day. Haven’t progressed to the 30 minute ones but have done several of the 15 or 20 minute walking ones. Love them!!
My most favourite thing to read is that you are pleased with yourself💃 🙌 congratulations on doing the work and getting through the 15 minute workouts. Remember that the goal isn’t to get to a 30 minute workout, the goal is to be 1% better today than you were yesterday. So if you’re doing a 15 minute workout Well, you are successful. My balance was pretty good. I try most every day to work on stretching and taking a weekly yoga class.

This is great. I am 66 and have noticed I am losing confidence in my balance of walking in bush etc. I managed without the chair and completed each exercise (some with a little wobbling) so feel pleased with myself. Love your videos and the fact I can pick and choose each day. Haven’t progressed to the 30 minute ones but have done several of the 15 or 20 minute walking ones. Love them!!
My most favourite thing to read is that you are pleased with yourself💃
🙌 congratulations on doing the work and getting through the 15 minute workouts. Remember that the goal isn’t to get to a 30 minute workout, the goal is to be 1% better today than you were yesterday. So if you’re doing a 15 minute workout Well, you are successful. I’m sending you a big hug ❤️

Love it! Been doing balance for quite awhile now but love new challenges. My right leg 10, strong as an ox. Left leg, had many surgeries, so about a 6. Thank you! 👍

Goodness this made me realize how bad my balance, due to a “ botched “ hip replacement left side & needing a hip replacement on right side 🥲🥲🥲I do all your videos no problem, but I don’t think I can conquer this at least right now.
