After two weeks of making a series of your exercises part of my morning routine I can tell in my core and how I walk now that they are making a difference, keeep it up and I love how you add your voice and do not video yourself exercising and talking. Hi ,I'm so glad I've found your routine again .I had 3 bad falls recently ,well ,more trips .I've been put on more epilepsy medication that has knocked my balance for 6 .I did try a video by another lady & nearly tied myself in knots, even at half speed . ps ,you kept me sane during COVID isolation

I’m shielding in the UK! Just done the 10 minute bat wing followed by the 20 minute balance workout. Been working up to 30 minutes as I have a lung problem. Really proud of myself. Thank you so much for your videos and encouragement ! 👍🏻

This is my 9th. day of the challenge workout and I am seeing the positive effects of it on my body. I combined day 4 and day 5 as I was not able to workout on the previous day, that was awesome. Those who are doing the 14 days workout, I am encouraging you all NOT to give up, each day is worth the rewards on your body. Stay strong!
Hi, I started doing your workouts early March, always done a lot of walking but nothing much else. Since March I have regularly been doing this and have gone from having very little balance to being able to do the whole workout. So 3 months to massively increasing my posture and balance . I have walked 12,000 steps today, come home done this, going to do stretches shortly, then finished for the day . Thankyou. Jo x
going through the early stages of menopause I've been feeling really down with aching joints and low morale. I decided this morning that enough of this doom and gloom and its time to look after myself. I tried this workout and I loved it !! it gave me a surge of energy and your comments were so uplifting. I then carried on and did the 5 minute kner strengthening exercises. I aim to do these everyday from now on. Thanks for these you're amazing 💖

Wow - great way to start the first day of Spring - over a year ago I fell (during the extreme sport of walking and talking with my bestie) and badly (really badly) sprained my left ankle - I didn't realise how much it has thrown my balance out - I can do all the exercises on my right leg with limited wobbles but my left ... oh my goodness. I am amazed how hard it is to balance….right knee has been replaced and working on not having left knee done. Talked to Dr today and we can wait longer, no pain and I did this whole balance video. Thank you for keeping me inspired.
This was fantastic! I have had my knees, hips and shoulders replaced over the years. (Beginning at the age of 55 up until 5 months ago just before I turned 69.) 💌 I feel balanced. This is the 2nd day of the challenge. I did all three videos and by the time I finished I could really feel how much better I was balancing without any help of a chair.
Great video! I love your smiles and voice! I am not sure it is just me, but I feel the music is too noisy for me. It seems when I get older, I like less loud music. So I turned the volume wya down so I don’t hear it but I would love to hear your voice and accompanied with softer music

These exercises are great prep for Paddle boarders of all ages - I ‘m 75. I also like the marching steps in between, which help loosen up the body ready for the next movement.

Balance work is challenging on a daily basis (after intracerebral haemorrhage in '99), and with advancing age. Also getting physio, but this is a fantastic adjunct to my home physio exercises - anything that keeps me on my two feet is good to me! Mind-body/mind-into-muscle work is so important. Just did this love it💐. Years-OK, decades- ago, learned in a physiological psych(?)class, the brain - body connection. This workout & others in here remind us of benefits of waking that connection up. While that class decades ago was not so advanced as to advocate that way, I recall instructor saying “ Senility is NOT a natural consequence of aging”. Had we benefit of today’s advanced thinking, we’d add” So exercise regularly, including balance...” 💐💐Thank you, Schellea ❤️❤️.

I can’t balance with most of them. I think it means we have to stay vigilant. I think I’ll end up doing these exercises twice daily.

Balance work is challenging on a daily basis (after intracerebral haemorrhage in '99), and with advancing age. Also getting physio, but this is a fantastic adjunct to my home physio exercises - anything that keeps me on my two feet is good to me! Mind-body/mind-into-muscle work is so important. Thanks Shellea:-)
I am now balancing better than I was after doing yoga for two years. Thank you so much for these excellent balance exercises.
Just did this love it💐. Years-OK, decades- ago, learned in a physiological psych(?)class, the brain - body connection. This workout & others in here remind us of benefits of waking that connection up.
While that class decades ago was not so advanced as to advocate that way, I recall instructor saying “ Senility is NOT a natural consequence of aging”. Had we benefit of today’s advanced thinking, we’d add” So exercise regularly, including balance...”
