I felt fabulous after my workout. I have RSD/ CRPS and it is hell just moving my body. I am thankful for your videos because it helps me not get down on myself for not catching up with you. I might be slow but I MAKE myself move or I'll be bedbound again. I have lost 163 pounds and with lock down I gained 40 pounds. Now I'm ready to face the music and eat better than I have in 8 months. Schellea, this is a general thank you for your videos. I especially appreciate that you don't feel the need to talk through every minute of the workout. You give quiet and space for us to get into the groove and focus on our own thoughts and movement.
61 and from the UK. Just completed day 1 exercises of 14 day challenge. Enjoyable but I had to loose the dumbells for some of the arm toning exercises as I have slightly dodgy shoulders. Struggled to get anywhere near the floor with the forward stretch routine but I'm still recovering from a 7 mile mountain hike two days ago. I've struggled to maintain fitness due to a back problem and piled on weight for the first time since hitting 50. Onwards and upwards!!!
This 1 mile walk , after the 5 minute stretch. Just did those. Cannot think of a better way to fortify myself before heading out onto this sometimes crazy world. Thanks, Schellea💐 and thanks to all folks on here. Y’all encourage me, too. 💐

Enjoyed this workout and the music. I haven't exercised in years and have some limitations, but was able to keep up with a few modifications. I'm so happy! Hello I’ve done video exercises on VHS tapes since I was a teenager in High School and on and off I’ve continued them through my life, I’m 55. But now I’m more with the times & have you as my instructor & I love your videos, they’re very motivating & I try to do them every day. They are very challenging & I feel more fit than ever, thank you for sharing them!

I’ve been following your workouts now for almost 2 weeks, I’m 54 and have kyphoscoliosis in my back which also puts pressure on my hips, knees and ankles. Before I started your workouts, I was struggling to get up from the chair, had trouble on stairs and woke every morning with achey joints, I’m amazed by how much more mobile I feel and how my joints feel less stiff and sore 😃 I will continue to follow your workouts every day, they are making me feel great and they are addictive, thank you so much for putting these together, they are literally fab! It's the middle of a cold February in Canada and there's more snow coming. It was so hard to motivate myself to get my running shoes on and start moving. I am so proud that I kept my commitment to exercise daily! Thanks Shellea for your encouragement and that great soundtrack!

I've just done my first one, yeah!!!! Just hope i can stick with it. I've got a muscle disease and it's like torture but I made it through, not quite as energetically but did it. Great video especially in the 30 sec slots and the inspiring talk, the smiling definitely helps which I thought was weird but it took my mind off my pain. Once i get some movement back I will check out your other vids. Thank you for sharing this.
Thank you. I was hospitalized with ecoli pneumonia the end of March. I spent over 3 1/2 months in hospitals and rehab. My muscles had lost so much mass I had to really work at walking and talking again. I had to be ventilated, a feeding tube, a tracheotomy and temporary dialysis. My while body shut down. They brought me back and I worked harder than ever to make it back. I thank you because they said if I hadn't been exercising I would probably have taken over 6 months to a year to get to where I am if at all.

Hey I just finished this one I have been doing this one. I will be doing this twice aweek and the 6 min abs I will do 3 times a week. I will do the 6 min ab workout after I do my cardio in the morning. It's just great so far.

Just tried this for the first time. I’m 63, not paticularly fit and I found this to be a wonderful workout. I will definitely be doing it for the 14 days. I also did the companion arm workout and ended with the stretch. This is the first online workout I’ve done where I feel like I could do it again. No pain anywhere, yet working up a sweat. *Do I have to sign up for the 14 day challenge? No there is no need to sign up and it is completely free. You can access the workout plan from my website and I will load the new playlist to RUclips each day. It will just be easier to access the schedule from the website as it is all in one place... fabulous50s.co/14-day-challenge/
*I am having trouble downloading the feee accountability planner? Yes we have had some technical difficulties but it is all good to go now.
*Do I read the day from left to right? Yes left to right...We start each day with a walking workout which is very good for warming up your body and preparing it for anything that follows, and we always finish with a gentle stretch routine.
*The downloadable planner boxes read "AVAIL 27/7" what does this mean? This is an Australian thing I guess, we put the day of the week first and the month second (the opposite is true for the US) and AVAIL is short for available. Meaning, Available 27th July...Each day of the challenge will be released the night before .
*Where can I post my journey? You can post to FaceBook or Instagram and share your journey with friends and family with the #fabulous50schallenge and #fabulous50s so I can see your beautiful self too!
*Can I start on any day? Yes, you can start whenever you like! As long as you complete the schedule of between 3 and 4 videos per day, for 14 days, you will pass with flying colors 🎉🎉🎉
*What is the best time of day to take the challenge? Every part of the day is a good time to start. Thats the best thing, you can easily fit the 30-45 minutes into your daily schedule whenever you have the time

Hi Shellea! I am a 51 year old canadian teacher who is soon to be retired!! Hardly two years left! I started your workouts of all kinds a few weeks ago during my summer holidays. I LOVE them!! Totally my pace since I have knee meniscus deterioration. My physio and doctor said to keep my muscles strong around my knees and in my legs as to alleviate some of the pressure on them and your workouts are great doing just that! I am so into them! First thing I do in the morning! I’m hoping to keep motivated to do them after school... Thanks for your smile and your energy!

I am so glad to have found this site! I am 59...don't feel like which is a good thing. But I am not the most coordinated person in the world and these exercises are so easy to follow. I like that they have a side screen of another version. I was told recently by my physician that I need to lose 10 pounds to lower my risk of diabetes and to lower my BMI. These videos have been a blessing! I am anxious to work out with as many of them as I can!
I am so thankful of these exercises, I am 62 years and needs to get back in shape. I needed something that was not too had or straining but good for my body. This was perfect so thank you again and keep up the good work, by the way I like your character, joyful it made me happy. 😄😄😄 God bless you.

I used to be very active...golf, gym, walking etc.
I have had 3 vascular surgeries and told I could lose my leg. I walk most days keep moving
To keep circulation going.
I found your workout and love it...I can’t do it as well but do my best!
Last test at the vascular clinic my leg is at 60% 😊 will keep moving aiming for 80% next time!

I am starting today. I will do it twice a day, am and pm. My weight is 143, my goal is to lose 10 pounds by the last week of January. Of course i will also follow a special diet, but no in weekends. But I will drink a lot water and mineral water.

Thank you Shelleah for creating these wonderful videos for women who enjoy following you and getting in shape. I took a three week break because I lost my indoor kitty and she wanted to discover the great outdoors and haven’t seen her in two weeks. So sad. I also had acute bronchitis but I am feeling much better today. I did the five minute pre workout So enjoyable ) and 20 minute walk and I’m feeling encouraged and a little more flexible. I thank the Lord for giving you such a positive and encouraging attitude.
I started this workout 3.5 years ago, but was increasingly hampered by an old back injury. Finally had the surgery to fix it in Jan this year, and am now back to it. After all my body has been through, what I enjoy the most are all the gratitude comments you work into this program; I love appreciating this 63 year old body that can still move and laugh and love and grow - despite everything!! Doing a 10000 step a day challenge and didnt want to go back out into the snow to finish off my steps. Found this and was surprised that i managed it even with a sore knee! Enjoyed it and will check out the rest if the videos.
