    I was doing Pilates until I came across your videos and I switched right away. The music and timer makes these workouts so doable and I love them. I just turned 70 so I know how important it is to keep fit and flexible. I already see a huge improvement in my arms and I switch between working on those and my core. Should be in great shape by the time golf season resumes in the spring. Thank you so much 💕❤️

    Hi Shellea, I am in my 70's now and started doing your routines about a year ago. Especially like your upright standing/walking workouts as I have trouble getting up and down. Started with your 10 minute arms and now love all the variety you offer. Never boring and always feel great during and after. I have shared your site with family and friends. So thank you for being there with your positive attitiude.

    i love your videos! turned a friend onto them and she is excited, as well.
    i'm not a fan of country music & always forget that this workout is with country)
    so many others to choose from. I realize you are hitting all your audiences' music tastes.
    i love the latin based, female singers that make a woman feel powerful!

    Thank you again! This is the second of your videos I've used with my workout, and looking at your channel I will be adding others. I used to do a lot of dancing (all sorts) and adding the music really motivated me, so that I enjoyed the workout. I'm 56, and wish I'd found your channel sooner!

    🙏This was the only workout I've done today(so far), but want to report a wonderful, unexpected benefit of having been in here for more than a year now: After this workout, I went out for a walk, & in my nearby park saw a group doing dance/fitness routines right out there. I JOINED RIGHT IN! -a big deal bc, no way did I have the confidence to do this before being a daily fab50s gal! And I could see how relatively more flexible & just how more easily I move now. Afterwards, speaking to a few folks in the group, told them what I attribute my ability & confidence to , which resulted in 2 of the women finding & saving fabulous50s in their phones~ I hope they get in here. Looking forward to hearing about it when the group meets again next week. Hoping they, too will be saying,"Thank you, Schellea!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    🤩Sitting here, biggest smile on my face, pure joy due to realizing yet another amazement: Over time--& it's not even been that long --that sense of well being kicks in sooner in a workout than it did ~in the beginning~. (Oh yeah, true, too, ability to keep up for the whole workout has increased). Everything else in my day will wait 'til I've said the very least to be said to you, Schellea:

    I have diastasis recti & every abd exercise I explored was contraindicated not to mention made my abd bigger. I’m confident this is going to work.

    I love how your instructions are very clear and specific. I have followed other instructors and have felt unclear as to what to do at times and also rushed when changing between movements. This never happens with your videos.

    💐NOW I feel like I've done right by my body, was not sure I still had energy to do this today, but I tricked myself(one of my fave strategies): "Go on", I said to myself. ,"You can stop or pause between moves." But Wooo~I didn't have to pause at all. Best of all, me & my abs do feel it.💐💐💐
