I love your quick, get your heart pumping walks! I take my dog for a walk in the morning for 25 minutes, do your work out before I get ready for work and I feel good for doing it. I do longer ones when I get home from work when I have more time. I just need something to get me going in the morning, seems the older I get into my 50s LOL! Been doing your work outs for nearly a year now & thank you so much for the routines you do I absolutely love them, you name any kind of exercise & I will have done it at some point over the years but I can say hand on heart that this is by far the best workout I have every done & also the best one for the quickest results I can see & feel happening to my body. I can also say that for someone who has a lot of health issues & is in pain everyday that these workouts are doable, also love the choice of music you choose to go with each workout as a music lover you nail it every time. Keep the workouts coming.

Been doing your work outs for nearly a year now & thank you so much for the routines you do I absolutely love them, you name any kind of exercise & I will have done it at some point over the years but I can say hand on heart that this is by far the best workout I have every done & also the best one for the quickest results I can see & feel happening to my body. I can also say that for someone who has a lot of health issues & is in pain everyday that these workouts are doable, also love the choice of music you choose to go with each workout as a music lover you nail it every time. Keep the workouts coming.

I used 3-lb weights throughout this whole workout and it was fabulous. Thank you so very much for this amazing HIIT cardio WO Schellea! I followed with another of your 10 Min Fat Burning HIIT WO (outside), your 10 Min Standing Abs (with weights) and 10 Min Tone Your Arms which keeping my arms up the whole time which was very challenging!
