I have always enjoyed physical exercise but over the last few years I have lost confidence and motivation. I’m 50 and have started carrying weight on my tummy which is proving difficult to shift. What i want for myself is to be fit and active into my older years. Im 56 and don't have any grandchildren as of yet. I want to be able to do active things with them as I did for my boys, when they were younger....hiking, biking, kayaking etc.
Love, love, love these HIIT workouts for us ladies over 50! Just one issue, and probably not under your control, but it is very frustrating to wait through ADS in the middle of a workout. I tolerate the ads before a video, but in the middle? Trying to keep heart rate up, not slow down while I try to find the remote to skip. Thank you again for the great workouts!

(I really do know, 'love yourself no matter what stage you're at'. Please, folks, do that!; I'm just sharing my experience).More fit, therefore healthier than ever, wearing dress size, etc, that are the healthier version. Full disclosure, it felt amazing to like the way I look again. Making these workouts important to my days has been probably the one biggest factor in this. No question, after a while, 1 of the benefits became that I FEEL LIKE doing this stuff, a known effect as well. 💗🌸💗🌸Thanks, Schellea !💗🌸💗🌸P.S.
