    I have always enjoyed physical exercise but over the last few years I have lost confidence and motivation. I’m 50 and have started carrying weight on my tummy which is proving difficult to shift. I just want to thank you for your videos, I’ve tried so many different ones on RUclips and I find yours the most encouraging and inspiring. I really am enjoying exercising again and feel so much better for it. Thank you for all you give to your audience. Much love x

    Hello Shelly I'm from Maryland in the United States I'm in very bad health and I started doing your chair workout in July 2022 right now in 9 months I've lost 80 lbs 14 pants sizes and even though I feel pain head to toe when I can hardly breathe I do 40 minutes of workout everyday because I started and still follow you thank you

    Ive been doing these exercises since before Covid , there are not many day's l miss doing them. But l must say I'm 72 in February and feel more like 62, thank you for this site l love it, keep going and l will keep following. X💜

    What i want for myself is to be fit and active into my older years. Im 56 and don't have any grandchildren as of yet. I want to be able to do active things with them as I did for my boys, when they were younger....hiking, biking, kayaking etc.

    Love, love, love these HIIT workouts for us ladies over 50! Just one issue, and probably not under your control, but it is very frustrating to wait through ADS in the middle of a workout. I tolerate the ads before a video, but in the middle? Trying to keep heart rate up, not slow down while I try to find the remote to skip. Thank you again for the great workouts!

    💕 I feel so new & improved after this awesome 10 minutes I just did.Really every single workout in this fabulous50s has been helping me reach--well, the best me, even compared to my much younger self -because of the added benefits of a self confident joy, which I now see was simply not there in younger me.     It's challenging to start something new! Today is my day 1, this was the perfect way to start. It was only 10 minutes short! My heart rate is at a speed that has been foreign to me for a long time! Thank you for this boost of confidence!

    Great 10 min workouts! After a few days of working out the 10 min seemed very short so I repeated them for 20 min. Absolutely love your videos!

    I’m 51 year old and I was looking for workout with a short time, because after work I’m so tired. So thank you for this kind of workout, but I love all your workouts, but this one it is the first time I did it.     Hi, you are such an inspiration. Thank you for making exercise so much nicer. The music and the crashing waves in the background are fab! You are so happy and positive and I am determined to do 20mins every morning and you have helped me to do this and it’s been over week now! I’m 64 in a couple of months and feel it’s time I took this more seriously. Use it or lose it… yes you are right. I used to say this to my dad ….who sadly didn’t!!!! Xxx

    💗🌸Breath & heartbeat revved up just the right amount. Also did this yesterday, making note to get back to say special thanks, Heres why: Went to recent wedding in the family,& for 1st time in DECADES, I did not dread--frankly, & for lack of better phrase--being seen. (I really do know, 'love yourself no matter what stage you're at'. Please, folks, do that!; I'm just sharing my experience).More fit, therefore healthier than ever, wearing dress size, etc, that are the healthier version. Full disclosure, it felt amazing to like the way I look again. Making these workouts important to my days has been probably the one biggest factor in this. No question, after a while, 1 of the benefits became that I FEEL LIKE doing this stuff, a known effect as well. 💗🌸💗🌸Thanks, Schellea !💗🌸💗🌸P.S. Don't worry, fellow exercisers, frequent, excessive wording is NOT a known effect; That's just me~

    just finished this after 40min upper body w/o with weights, followed by one of 5min arm w/o- I used 1lb wts during that, and then this!- feeling very good indeed! looking forward to doing more of your workouts... I've been exercising for years, but new to your site:)

    I like the fact this is low impact. Love all her fabulous fifty videos. This looks like I could do this. Maybe a little slower to begin with.
