    Great 10 min workouts! After a few days of working out the 10 min seemed very short so I repeated them for 20 min. Absolutely love your videos!

    I have always enjoyed physical exercise but over the last few years I have lost confidence and motivation. I’m 50 and have started carrying weight on my tummy which is proving difficult to shift. I just want to thank you for your videos, I’ve tried so many different ones on RUclips and I find yours the most encouraging and inspiring. I really am enjoying exercising again and feel so much better for it. Thank you for all you give to your audience. Much love x

    Ive been doing these exercises since before Covid , there are not many day's l miss doing them. But l must say I'm 72 in February and feel more like 62, thank you for this site l love it, keep going and l will keep following. X💜

    I just recently came across your channel and have been doing your videos for about a week. I love all of them. They fit into my schedule because they are short but it feels like a great workout. trying to tone and strengthen my stomach and legs.

    Schellea, I finally did it 🙌🏼. After practicing several times succeeded in the exercise with jumping (legs wide and arms forward and to the side)..

    I’ve been following you since the Before Times and really appreciate all the workouts you’ve been doing in the Pandemic. Loved this music playlist-have you thought about putting some of your workout playlists on Spotify? Or just listing them in the notes? Trying to Shazam them while working out is hard :-)

    This is the best aerobic exercise suitable for any women over 50 yrs . I love the movements and the timing shown for Each movement as it helps to speed up the exercise session that yield great results through profused sweating.

    🏆As the song says,"Like a dream". What an amazing 10 minutes, felt very strengthening for my legs, but I realized my arms are getting it too. No exaggeration: I was thrilled to be able to get this done early, before we hit 90 degrees + high humidity here in New York today. I have air conditioning, which I try not to depend on. Since I got into the habit of doing these workouts, even my tolerance for diverse weather got better. Good thing I'm about to dash on to the next one for my Day 8:
    Five minutes tone my arms~~ , or I'd go on forever(I'm a chatterbox, just a very thankful one):
