I just did my first workout. I am 62 and haven't worked out for a long time. I want to lose over 50 pounds and my metabolism is so slow that I was told that 10 minute hiit workouts would help out. Unfortunately, I hurt my foot really bad (not from theses exercises) and I had to stop for a couple of months, I couldn't even walk. I will be picking it up again soon and maybe doing it twice or find a longer version.

Younger than 50 doing this - more enjoyable than other HIITs I've tried. Like the option of more short videos so more opportunities to get multiple bursts in during the day

Just found these workouts so I'm hopeful judging by the comments I've read. I worked out religiously until a car accident 3 years ago left me on my butt for over a year, then 2.5 years of physio to get back full mobility. Needless to say, the weight piled on. I was so frustrated by the weight gain, I just gave up at the thought of having to start all over again. I've lost all motivation. I'll be 54 next month (although I identify as 40 lol) and I know, for my own health, I have to do something. Here's hoping! 🤞
Thank you sooooo much for this workout! 🤗 I’m “only” 32 but I needed this workout because of a foot injury and all the other “low impact” HIIT workouts I could find were still to much for my foot. I just do the exercises at top speed and I even do it two to three times in a row. And I should be said that I’m overweight so I’m definitely a beginner 😅😂 Keep it up! I’ve just joined a well known keep fit site/app after filling out my age and fitness levels and yes spent the money, only to find out nothing is adapted, it’s hurting my injured neck and hiatal hernia and no rest on the hiit exercises! Hi beautiful couch. Almost a year ago I had an operation, implementation for both knees toghather, some of these exercises i can't do without holding something to keep my balanced
I am a 74 year old and recently had to have a bypass operation and knew exercise was a big part in my recovery but do not live in a area where it is not easy to walk and had been looking for exercise I could do at home that raised the heart rate. I thoroughly enjoyed your workout as there is no floor work which I find difficult as I find it quite an issue getting up again. I did the arm exercises afterwards and then then the stretches. I felt really good for the whole day after doing that. Your light personality and encouraging words make the exercises very easy to do. Thank you and hope to improve my health on a daily basis. 💗
I've just done your HIIT workout and found it really good. I couldn't manage all the squat ones as I have arthritis in my knees but managed about half of those and finished all the others. I am very over weight but need to get myself fit now. Just recovering from a sprained ankle and also Shingles for the last 8 weeks and also lost my husband last year so it's now time for some me time. Thanks Schellea

What a great workout -- love it! I'm 70 and used to be quite active. Then bursitis (hip) and some knee issues took me away (actually it was advice from my chiropractor...) from some too hard-on-my-joints activities. That was really hard. Then I found you, Schellea! I'm loving it. 10 minutes is just about what I can manage while recovering from long covid, 16 months since I did any strenuous exercise like this. I hope I don't get a dip in strength tomorrow. Love your videos so glad I found them. I just started with your 14 day challenge. On day 13. In the beginning I couldn't do jumping jacks without peeing on myself! I know tmi but after giving birth to 3 kids that happens 😒 I did them today on day 13 with no problems! I was shocked. The core exercises must be working! I'm 44 but never have stuck to an exercise routine but this is so doable and fun. I even have my girls doing them alongside with me 😊 Thank you!

I found your workouts in middle of May while II was doing distance teaching for 3rd-5th grade special needs kids. I’m 59 and had 4 back surgeries and a neck surgery in the past 6 years. I got so weak, lazy and made excuses for not exercising because everything hurt, took too much time and didn’t prioritize it. Shelea you’re just an answer to my prayers for getting my health back. I did this routine this morning, combined with a 5 minute warm up & 5 minute cool down, & found them to be the perfect way to start the day. It really increased my heart rate & definitely improved my mood. The beautiful ocean in the background made my lockdown loungeroom much more tolerable. Each morning I create a new playlist for the day so love the variety of exercises that I can mix up . Thank you 🙏🏻

I am loving your workouts! Thank You Thank You. I'm 52 and after years of super intense exercise in my 30's and 40's I just burnt out. I have not done a thing in two years. I have a small frame and decent muscle mass for a woman my age but I can feel things softening and my metabolism slowing. So I knew I needed to get back at it but I just don't have the stamina that I did when I was younger or frankly the interest to spend all my days devoted to working out forever. Your attitude, encouragement and exercises are so perfect for me right now. I am so grateful!

I have always gone to the gym and have done cardio. I started doing this video a few times a week and I noticed a huge difference in the way my clothes are fitting and my legs are def. more tone. I also have better looking arms. I recommended this to my sister and a friend. Good short workout that is making a difference!

I had a total knee replacement back in October and the results are nothing short of a miracle for me. I lost 25 pounds before the surgery. I’m at an acceptable weight for my age and height but I’m looking to lose 15 more over the next six months I’m 57 years young in the 🇺🇸💖
What I love about your exercise videos is that you have an excellent variety & they are relatively short. This means I can do 3-4 in the morning & mix them up each day & not get bored (which has always been a problem for me.) I also appreciate that you have such a positive nature & encourage us along the way. The HIIT was a big hit with me this week & I'd love to see more. Also love your walking workouts. I thoroughly enjoyed your workout as there is no floor work which I find difficult as I find it quite an issue getting up again. I did the arm exercises afterwards and then then the stretches. I felt really good for the whole day after doing that. Your light personality and encouraging words make the exercises very easy to do. Thank you and hope to improve my health on a daily basis. 💗

I've just done your HIIT workout and found it really good. I couldn't manage all the squat ones as I have arthritis in my knees but managed about half of those and finished all the others. I am very over weight but need to get myself fit now. Just recovering from a sprained ankle and also Shingles for the last 8 weeks and also lost my husband last year so it's now time for some me time. Thanks Schellea

What a great workout -- love it! I'm 70 and used to be quite active. Then bursitis (hip) and some knee issues took me away (actually it was advice from my chiropractor...) from some too hard-on-my-joints activities. That was really hard. Then I found you, Schellea! Love your videos so glad I found them. I just started with your 14 day challenge. On day 13. In the beginning I couldn't do jumping jacks without peeing on myself! I know tmi but after giving birth to 3 kids that happens 😒 I did them today on day 13 with no problems! I was shocked. The core exercises must be working! I'm 44 but never have stuck to an exercise routine but this is so doable and fun. I even have my girls doing them alongside with me 😊 Thank you!

I found your workouts in middle of May while II was doing distance teaching for 3rd-5th grade special needs kids. I’m 59 and had 4 back surgeries and a neck surgery in the past 6 years. I got so weak, lazy and made excuses for not exercising because everything hurt, took too much time and didn’t prioritize it. Shelea you’re just an answer to my prayers for getting my health back. I’ve worked out every day except 3 since I found you and feeling great and stronger, I do at least 2 or 3 of the videos a day and took your advice to get up and put on my workout clothes, Thank you so much for helping me and so many people,

I did this routine this morning, combined with a 5 minute warm up & 5 minute cool down, & found them to be the perfect way to start the day. It really increased my heart rate & definitely improved my mood. The beautiful ocean in the background made my lockdown loungeroom much more tolerable. Each morning I create a new playlist for the day so love the variety of exercises that I can mix up . Thank you 🙏🏻

I am loving your workouts! Thank You Thank You. I'm 52 and after years of super intense exercise in my 30's and 40's I just burnt out. I have not done a thing in two years. I have a small frame and decent muscle mass for a woman my age but I can feel things softening and my metabolism slowing. So I knew I needed to get back at it but I just don't have the stamina that I did when I was younger or frankly the interest to spend all my days devoted to working out forever. Your attitude, encouragement and exercises are so perfect for me right now. I am so grateful!

I have always gone to the gym and have done cardio. I started doing this video a few times a week and I noticed a huge difference in the way my clothes are fitting and my legs are def. more tone. I also have better looking arms. I recommended this to my sister and a friend. Good short workout that is making a difference!

I had a total knee replacement back in October and the results are nothing short of a miracle for me. I lost 25 pounds before the surgery. I’m at an acceptable weight for my age and height but I’m looking to lose 15 more over the next six months I’m 57 years young in the 🇺🇸💖

What I love about your exercise videos is that you have an excellent variety & they are relatively short. This means I can do 3-4 in the morning & mix them up each day & not get bored (which has always been a problem for me.) I also appreciate that you have such a positive nature & encourage us along the way. The HIIT was a big hit with me this week & I'd love to see more. Also love your walking workouts.
