Here's a 10-minute quick+intense at home arm workout to help you get those slim /toned Kpop Idol ARMS! Try doing this every day (2-3 times) for 20 days to get maximum results. I find it hard to get rid of flabby arms, so I made a workout to really work your arms anytime and anywhere. You don't need any type of equipment! This one looks really cool, thank you! However I don't think I'll be able to do them right away, though, my arms are too weak for this. I'll start with 30 seconds each and then gradually adding 10 seconds more. Let's see how it goes.
i think you should do the whole time, but have a 10s break every 30s, epecially during 2min arm circles

When I try to be fit, the first day goes perfectly, I eat healthy, without sweets, I do a lot of sports, the next day I eat a few sweets and do less sports, and on the third day I don't workout & I eat a lot of sweets! What can I do to stay motivated?
Sameee i do the same but i got a solution all you have to do is use your will power and try to motivate yourself. Do things which motivates you for example look for slim waist on Pinterest or try to watch more of skinny people tiktoks , youtube videos or instagram photos. I hope this will help you.. good luck
It's perfectly normal to feel that way. But as for your question, don't COMPLETELY restrict yourself from sweets. Sugar is quite addictive (I have a sweet tooth as well) so reduce it gradually. Also use the technique "out of sight, out of mind". And most of all, if you feel like eating it, help yourself to a smaller serving -every once in a while if you want. Remember than working out and diet is a marathon not a sprint. Cheers!
