    If you're doing this workout, make sure you do it for yourself and no one else , especially not for a guy! You are beautiful just the way you are and if they judge you by your looks they a dumbass person! And infact i think thick thighs and thin thighs both are hot!

    I'll doing this workout for 2 weeks!
    Right thigh - 44 cm
    Left thigh - 43,5 cm
    1 day:✅ Done! It was not hard, but my legs burn 🔥🔥
    2 day:✅ That was a little bit easier

      i’m pretty sure when you lose weight from anywhere you will for sure grow just a bit. when quarantine started i started gaining a lot of weight. let’s just say i was around 145 and i was 5’2. i started getting motivated to workout so i did then i went to the clinic to do a yearly check up and they told me that im 128 and i’m really close to being 5’3. i pretty sure workouts and cutting off carbs makes you grow.

    I’m starting your 2 week workout today along with dancing to kpop songs for an hour! I’ll try and post results each day . !
    Day 1 - weight 110.2 height 5,1 . My legs feel like jello!
