i’m pretty sure when you lose weight from anywhere you will for sure grow just a bit. when quarantine started i started gaining a lot of weight. let’s just say i was around 145 and i was 5’2. i started getting motivated to workout so i did then i went to the clinic to do a yearly check up and they told me that im 128 and i’m really close to being 5’3. i pretty sure workouts and cutting off carbs makes you grow.
