- Ever wonder how you can get the perfect Kpop 11 Line Abs? Here's AOA Seoul-hyun's 10 Minute Intense 11 Abs Workout! I’ve been getting many requests to do more Kpop idol inspired workout videos, so I decided to try Seoul-Hyun's routine so you guys can follow along at home! I would recommend doing this circuit 2-4 times daily and stretching before and after. I hope you guys enjoy this workout!

REMINDERS!
- You cannot spot reduce fat which means you can’t eliminate fat in one specific chosen part of the body. I would recommend having a healthy balanced diet with a regular workout routine that involves cardio, HIIT, and weight training. We’re going for a long term healthy lifestyle where you feel happy and strong!

It’s easy to do at a one go without any breaks ... beginner friendly
I've done all the videos in Mish's 2 weeks challenge. I've also done various Chloe ting's workout challenges. And two main differences I notice is that mish's workout consists of several times of burpees and with barely to no breaks between workouts 😂 Also, in some of Mish's videos, there aren't countdown (with beeping sound), and the next workout is not announced before (it's just shown in the video).
Not saying it's a bad thing or a good thing. Just commenting on what I noticed.
Overall, I feel both women's workout routines do give results but it's also depending on your food intake, how many circuits you do, body types and so on.

Feeling pretty good after doing this. Because for me when I just sit and just do everyday things I just feel like blah but when I do some sort of mild exercise I just feel motivated to do stuff .Does that make sense?.

Hi so, i do 2 sets of the blackpink pilaties, and this 11 minute abs workout, but i endend up gaining weight instead of loosing weight, what can i do to get a thin\slim stomach\body instead, I'm a 14-15 year. (i do this everyday in the morning, and I dont really eat food during the day because I'm not really hungry, im trying to drink more water, i have soccer practice, and im trying to cut down on junk food which has worked, any suggestions on food i could eat\make to balance my "diet?)
Maybe you should try to have meals even during day, some healthy foods. Usually if you just starve yourself or not eat enough food, you might end up gaining weight. So try having 5 small meals in a whole day
